Terms & Conditions
Adobe Statement Credit Benefit
Benefit enrollment required. Only the Basic Card Member or Authorized Account Manager(s) on a Business Platinum Card® Account can enroll the Card Account in the benefit. Card Members enrolled in the previous Business Platinum Adobe Benefit as of June 30th, 2025, will be auto-enrolled in this benefit. Eligible purchases must be charged to the enrolled Card Account for the benefit to apply. Purchases minus returns and other credits by both the enrolled Basic Card Member and Employee Card Members on the enrolled Card Account are eligible to contribute towards the qualifying spend threshold for the statement credit. Each Card Account is eligible for a $250 statement credit per calendar year once $600 in purchases are made on the enrolled Card Account. Benefit begins July 1st, 2025, and only qualifying purchases from this date onwards will count towards the benefit. If an annual prepaid plan is purchased, it will automatically renew each year on the annual subscription date until cancelled. Valid only on purchases made directly with Adobe or at adobe.com in the US and US territories where Adobe is the merchant of record for the purchase. Please allow 6-8 weeks after an eligible purchase, which causes the enrolled Card Account to meet the qualifying spend threshold, is charged to the Card Account for the statement credit to be posted to the Account. Please call the number on the back of the Card if the statement credit has not posted after 8 weeks from the date an eligible purchase, which causes the enrolled Card Account to meet the qualifying spend threshold, is charged to the Card Account. If there is a delay in the merchant submitting the transaction to us or if the merchant uses another date as the transaction date, then the purchase may not contribute toward the statement credit benefit for the benefit period in which the purchase was made. If the Card Member has transferred to a different Card at the time the merchant submits the transaction, the Card Member may not receive the statement credit. American Express relies on accurate transaction data from the merchant to identify eligible purchases. Note that American Express may not receive information about the eligible purchase from merchant until all items from the eligible purchase have been provided by the merchant. In this case, a purchase would apply toward the statement credit available in the next benefit period. Purchases may fall outside of the benefit period in which the purchase was made in some cases due to a delay in the merchant submitting transactions to us. The statement credit may be reversed if an eligible purchase is returned, refunded, cancelled or modified, causing the enrolled Card Account to no longer meet the qualifying spend threshold. The statement credit for eligible purchases, or any reversals, may be applied to either the Pay in Full balance or the Pay Over Time balance regardless of where the eligible purchases originally posted. If American Express does not receive information that identifies a transaction as eligible for the benefit, the statement credit will not be received. For example, a transaction will not be eligible if it is not made directly with the merchant. In addition, in most cases, the statement credit may not be received if a transaction is made with an electronic wallet or through a third party or if the merchant uses a mobile or wireless card reader to process it. To be eligible for this benefit, the Card Account must not be cancelled or past due at the time of statement credit fulfillment. For additional information, call the number on the back of your Card.
