The new 2014 release of Prelude CC introduces tagging templates.
This allows you to create customized markers, you can add with a single click.
To create a template, open the Tag panel, and click the New Template button.
Templates are stored as .
JSON files, so give the template a name, and click Save.
Set the Grid Size.
I'm going to choose Rows 1, Columns 2, and click to add a button.
I'm adding a square.
Give a Tag Name.
Choose a Color.
Enter a Duration.
And now set up the second button.
Select it, choose the button shape, give it a Name, choose a Color.
And again, set the Duration.
Click OK and you can now use your Tag panel to add markers to your footage.
That's how you create a tagging template in Prelude CC.
