Local Showcase Presenter

Cami Haber

Cami Haber is a graphic designer based in the San Francisco Bay Area. She specializes in brand, package, and layout design, specifically in the food and beverage, hospitality, book/publishing, and beauty industries. She takes pride in combining her passions and hobbies outside of design with her creative work, making her designs that much more meaningful to both her and the viewer. Cami’s designs stand out through her thoughtful use of bold colors, custom typography and hand lettering, and a strong connection to her background and heritage. Her designs are meant to forge connections, whether that is with yourself through self care or mental health; with family and friends through food or shared experiences; or with the world around you through travel and exploration.

After graduating from the Maryland Institute College of Art in May 2023 with a BFA in Graphic Design and a minor in book arts, Cami moved back home to the Bay Area. She now works as a freelance and contract designer, but is hoping to break into the corporate design space soon, ideally at a local Brand Design studio or with an in-house team at a company that aligns with her personal interests. Check out her work at camihaber.com!

Ashlyn Jackson

Ashlyn Jackson is an accomplished graphic designer based in San Francisco, CA. As a freelance designer, she specializes in branding and print media, bringing her unique vision to life through playful design. Ashlyn's work is inspired and informed by women's experiences and contributions to art, design, and culture. She often leverages textures and integrates multidisciplinary forms into her designs.

Her creative journey is enriched by her involvement with GRL GRP, a feminist design collective dedicated to empowering women in the design industry. This collective not only provides a supportive community but also works to elevate women's voices and perspectives in a traditionally male-dominated field. Through her collaborations with GRL GRP, Ashlyn strives to challenge design norms and carve out space for women in the creative world, ensuring that their stories and strengths are represented and celebrated.
