Concept Designer, Global Brand Marketing, New Balance
Isaiah Whigham is a multidisciplinary designer with over seven years of experience in the footwear and apparel industry. He began his career at Bodega LLC, where he honed his skills in brand storytelling and product development. Isaiah is a Concept Designer at New Balance within the Global Creative Studio, contributing to forward-thinking apparel collections and seasonal narratives. His work is driven by a deep passion for art direction, apparel design, and photography—bringing together cultural insight and visual clarity to shape compelling consumer experiences.

Graphic Designer, RMS USA
I’m a graphic designer specializing in bold, playful packaging and illustration. With experience in both agencies and in-house teams, I’ve built strong skills in the Adobe Creative Suite. At RMS International, I design toy packaging and develop concepts from the ground up. I blend illustration, branding, and product design to create eye-catching products that stand out on shelves and against competitors.

Freelance Illustrator | Jaimee Makes
Jaimee Reale is a New England-based freelance illustrator who collaborates with bands, brands, and everyone in between. She began her career while balancing client projects with teaching elementary art, building a reputation for visual storytelling. Now working full time as an illustrator, Jaimee creates custom artwork for merch, concert posters, cover art, packaging, and special events. Her work draws inspiration from music and pop culture and blends storytelling with a touch of whimsy. I’m Nadjee, a Boston-based wardrobe stylist and creative director who is currently pursuing a Master’s in Consulting to expand into brand development and creative strategy. I’ve styled for New York Fashion Week, led styling and direction for fashion campaigns, and worked on model development and creative direction with different modeling agencies.

Director of Brand Experience | Gensler
Matthew Bacon is a brand agency director with 30 years of experience in branding, identity, packaging, merchandising, environmental graphics, and product marketing. Matthew has worked as Director of Brand Expression for a product development firm in Boston for 18 years. Before moving to the Boston area, he held team leadership roles at boutique creative firms in St. Louis and Chicago. He spends any free time gardening and maintaining the 1920s Tudor-style home in Worcester that he shares with his husband, Glenn. Matthew enjoys travel, cooking, and entertaining and keeps healthy through rowing and weight training.

Jenn is an environmental graphic designer with a background in identity, signage, global typography, experiential design, and environmental graphic design. Outgoing President at AIGA Boston & Senior Lecturer at Bentl
Dan Vlahos is a Boston-based design leader, educator, and researcher. He is currently a Senior Lecturer at Bentley University and is the Outgoing President of AIGA Boston. Vlahos is also a member of the Boston Society of Printers, the Design Management Institute, and he was a founding member of Design Museum Boston (now CoDesign Collaborative). In 2023, he became a USGBC LEED Green Associate and an AIGA Design Leader (DL). In 2024, Vlahos was named an AACSRE Emerging Fellow, and in June 2025, his short motion-graphics-based film Towards a Dynamic Discipline of Design premiered at the MODE Summit in Prague.

Vikiana Petit-Homme is a civic designer, artist, and community organizer based in Boston. She is the co-founder and creative director of Guerrilla Magazine, a platform dedicated to amplifying radical imagination and the intersection of art, activism, and community storytelling.
Vikiana designs spaces, experiences, and atmospheres that inspire connection, collaboration, and reimagined futures. Her work often bridges the gap between art, music, and revolution, with notable projects like Spark Revolution—a showcase blending mutual aid, music, and conversations about liberation—and Honey, an all-femme experience exploring the dynamics of space and identity in women-centered gatherings.
