Steve Day

Steve was appointed Interim Chief Financial Officer in June 2026 and leads Adobe’s Finance, Technology, Security and Operations organization. In this role, he oversees Adobe’s financial strategy, planning and analysis, accounting, investor relations, internal audit and business operations, helping drive sustainable growth, operational excellence and long-term value creation. Drawing on 20 years at Adobe and more than 35 years of finance experience, Steve partners across Adobe to support innovation, strategic execution, and continued business growth.

Steve brings extensive expertise in corporate finance, financial planning and analysis, operations, and global business management. He has held key finance leadership roles across Adobe, including CFO of the Customer Experience Orchestration Business Unit, Vice President of Corporate Finance, and Vice President of Finance for Worldwide Sales and Field Operations.

Before joining Adobe in 2005, Steve held finance leadership positions at BEA Systems, where he served as UK Controller and EMEA Services Controller. Earlier in his career, he held financial management roles at IBM, Lotus Development, Softswitch Ltd., and EY building a strong foundation in accounting, financial reporting, and operational finance.

Steve earned a B.S. in Business Economics and Accounting with honors from the University of Southampton and is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
