Text to Template User Guidelines

Last Updated: April 3, 2024

These Text to Template User Guidelines govern your use of Adobe’s Text to Template feature in Adobe Express and are in addition to your existing agreement with Adobe.

1. Use of the Feature

When using the feature, you must abide by the Generative AI User Guidelines.

2. Content Sources

The Text to Template feature incorporates multiple content sources – and different terms apply to your use depending on the content source:

  • Text (generated by Azure Open AI) and Adobe Firefly generated imagery are your content, subject to the Generative AI User Guidelines.
  • Background and design elements are Content Files that are licensed for your use under your agreement with Adobe.
  • Adobe Stock imagery* is provided to you under either a standard license or limited license subject to the Adobe Stock use restrictions.
  • Any content you import into the Text to Template feature is considered “Content” or “Customer Content" pursuant to your existing agreement with Adobe.

*Generated templates that include Adobe Stock imagery will be labeled with the Adobe Stock icon before you open the template and can be confirmed as being an Adobe Stock image in the editor after the template is opened.
