LINKED MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Linked Membership Terms govern your Linked Membership under Adobe's VIP Marketplace or Large Government Agencies (LGA) program.
Linked Membership allows Affiliates to aggregate their license purchases for a combined discount level. At the Linked Membership Anniversary Date, an annual purchase aggregation process aggregates purchases across all Affiliates in the Linked Membership to determine a discount level applied across all Affiliates in the Linked Membership. The terms available at www.adobe.com/go/LinkedMembership are hereby incorporated by reference into these Linked Membership Terms. Any Affiliates that Linked Membership Contract Owner enrolls must meet the applicable definition.
Adobe solely determines that the Linked Membership criteria have been met. Adobe, in its sole discretion, may deny a request for Linked Membership, remove an Affiliate from a Linked Membership, and terminate a Linked Membership at any time. If the Linked Membership Contract Owner’s VIP or LGA agreement terminates or expires, then the Linked Membership terminates and all Affiliates will be returned to basic VIP status. If any Affiliate's VIP or LGA agreement terminates or expires, then such Affiliate's licenses will not be included in the Linked Membership. Adobe reserves the right to terminate or revise the Linked Membership feature in its sole discretion. Any capitalized terms not defined herein are defined i the VIP Terms and Conditions.

Consortium means an association or combination of organizations that have similar interests and missions and such association or combination has a controlling entity that: 1-validates, maintain, and regularly reviews individual member eligibility, and 2-has authority to manage member participation and flow through terms to the participating members.
