Provided that Customer’s licence agreement or Sales Order incorporates the URL for Adobe’s Service Level Commitments, agreements executed prior to 1 December 2019 are governed by the applicable Service Level Commitments as specified below. If Customer’s agreement is executed after 1 December 2019 and includes reference to the Unified Service Level Agreement, then the Unified Service Level Agreement applies for the applicable Covered Services, except as otherwise stated. For Services not included under a legacy Unified SLA version or SLA Addendum but for which Customer has a licence to and a reference to this URL in the agreement, the Service Level Commitment for the applicable Service as outlined below applies (for example, AEM Managed Services). For clarity, if a Service Legal Agreement is attached to a Sales Order and/or licence agreement it is not modified by this link. The Service Commitments outlined herein only apply if a direct reference to this URL is included in an Agreement.
