Web: The product provides sufficient text alternatives for most instances of website. Exceptions include:
Some active images have a text alternative that does not convey the same purpose as the image. People who are blind and/or use a screen reader will be given different information than sighted users. This occurs on the following pages: Drawing; Generate template modal; Generative AI Panels; Home - Generative AI; Home – Photo; Panel - Charts & Grids.
Some images that act as a link or control do not have a text alternative, so people who are blind and/or use a screen reader will not understand the function performed by each image. This occurs on the following pages: Editor; Header 3 (Monetization); Home – Learn; Panel – Learn; Settings modal; Webpages – Glideshow; Webpages - Photo grid.
A media file is missing alternative text, so people who use screen readers may not know the title and subject of the file before playing it. This occurs on the following page: Webpages - Formatting options.
Some short descriptions (like a title, heading, sentence or link text) for audio or video elements are not appropriate or inadequate, so people who are blind or have low vision will not know the purpose or title of the media contents. This occurs on the following pages: Home - Quick Actions - Caption Video modal; Home - Quick Actions - Convert to GIF modal; Home - Quick Actions - Convert to MP4 modal; Home - Quick Actions - Crop Video modal; Home - Quick Actions - Merge Videos modal; Home - Quick Actions - Resize Video modal; Home - Quick Actions - Trim Video modal.
Some decorative images are not hidden from screen readers, so people who are blind and/or use a screen reader will have to navigate through unnecessary and duplicative text. This occurs on the following pages: Group Panel – Text; Header 2; Home – Addons; Home - Get started Modal; Home - Quick Actions - Edit text and images modal; Home Paywall (Go premium with a free trial modal); Import PPT/PDF; Panel – Brands; Panel - Your Stuff; Paywalls & Subscription; Presentation view; Webpages - Formatting options.
Some informative images that contain text do not have a text alternative that includes essential text from the image, so people who are blind and/or use a screen reader will not understand the information conveyed by each image. This occurs on the following pages: Home - Addons; Recent Section; Webpages - Formatting options.
Some images have a text alternative that is different than what the image represents, so people who are blind and/or use a screen reader will be given different information than sighted users. This occurs on the following pages: Classroom details - Assignment details screen; Classroom details - View assignment overview screen; EDU Experience - Home page; Home - Quick Actions - Combine Files modal; Home - Quick Actions - Convert to JPG modal; Home - Quick Actions - Crop image modal; Home - Quick Actions - Remove Background modal; Home - Quick Actions - Resize image modal; Home Paywall (Go premium with a free trial modal); Panel - Addons; Panel - Brands; Panel - Learn; Share; View only links; Webpages - Formatting options; Webpages - Part 1.
Some informative images do not have a text alternative, so people who are blind and/or use a screen reader will not be able to access the information conveyed by the image. This occurs on the following pages: Educator Resources; Header 1; Header 3 (Monetization); Home - Addons - Playground; Home - Brands; Home - Misc; Home - Quick Actions - Edit text and images modal; Home - Schedule; Home - Your stuff; Individual Premium Subscription Checkout - Payment step; Preferences step process; Webpages - Part 1.
An image does not have a text alternative, so people who are blind and/or use a screen reader will not be able to access the information available in the image and if it is an active image, will not understand its function. This occurs on the following page: Home - Quick Actions - Convert to SVG modal.
Software: The product provides sufficient text alternatives for most instances of application. Exceptions include:
Some decorative images are not hidden from screen readers, so people who are blind and/or use a screen reader will have to navigate through unnecessary and duplicative text. This occurs on the following pages: Home screen with premium user; Editor screen with free user.
An image that acts as a link or control does not have a text alternative that contains essential text from the visual image, so people who are blind and/or use a screen reader will not understand the function performed by the image. This occurs on the following page: Home screen with premium user.

- 602.3 (Support Docs)
Software: Partially Supports
Web: Some structure and relationship information are provided through semantics | object information or in text. However, most structure and relationship information are not provided programmatically or in text. Examples include:
Content is arranged visually like a data table, but some visual tables are not programmatically marked up as tables, so each table's structure and relationships are not conveyed to people who are blind and/or use a screen reader. This occurs on the following pages: Home - Schedule; Home - Your stuff.
A layout table is incorrectly marked up as a data table, so people who are blind and/or use a screen reader will perceive the table as presenting relational data rather than simply positioning text on a page. This occurs on the following page: Bulk Create Panel.
Some sets of checkboxes are not programmatically grouped, so the group label for each set of checkboxes will not be conveyed to people who are blind and/or use a screen reader and they will not understand the purpose of the individual checkboxes. This occurs on the following pages: Group panel - Text; Image panel; Rectangle panel; Ellipse panel; Progress char; Table panel; Bar Chart; Grid Panel; Panel – Elements; Drawing; Generative AI Panels; Home - Addons; Home - Addons - Playground; Home - Schedule; Panel - Templates; Panel - Text; Preferences step process; Resize panel.
Some groups of form controls are not programmatically associated with their group label, so the purpose of individual controls in each group cannot be understood people who are blind and/or use a screen reader. This occurs on the following pages: Audio Panel; Color Theme Panel; Give us feedback modal; Home - Quick Actions - Crop Video modal; Panel - Brands; Paywalls & Subscription; Preferences step process; Video Panel; Webpages; Group panel - Text; Shape panel; Animation panel; Image panel; Animate All Panel; Panel - Media; Panel - Elements.
Some sets of radio buttons are not programmatically grouped, so the group label for each set of radio buttons will not be conveyed to people who are blind and/or use a screen reader and they will not understand the purpose of the individual radio buttons. This occurs on the following pages: Drawing; Home - Quick Actions - Convert to GIF modal; Editor; Preferences step process; Paywalls & Subscription; Webpages.
Some heading levels are out of order, so the structure of the content is not properly conveyed to assistive technologies and people who are blind and/or use a screen reader. This occurs on the following pages: Create an assignment modal; Settings modal; Home - Addons; Home - Learn; Share.
Some blocks of text are marked up as headings but are not headings, so the structure of the content is misrepresented to assistive technologies and people who are blind and/or use a screen reader. This occurs on the following pages: Home - Print; Home - Quick Actions - Combine Files modal; Create an assignment modal; Generative AI Panels; Home - Schedule; Home - Quick Actions - Resize image modal; Home - Addons; Home - Quick Actions - Convert to GIF modal; Editor; Home - Photo; Header 3 (Monetization); Home - Social Media; Home Search: Search & Generate; Header 2; EDU Experience - Home page; Panel - Addons; Home - Quick Actions - Edit text and images modal; Share; Classrooms; Webpages - Part 2; Home - Quick Actions - Crop Video modal; Educator Resources; Classroom details - Import a roster modal; Home - Generative AI; Paywalls & Subscription; Home - Quick Actions - Trim Video modal; Errors & Warnings; Home - Import from Other Apps modal; Home - Quick Actions - Merge Videos modal; Home - Document; Classroom details - Assignment details screen; Home - Quick Actions - Convert to JPG modal; Home - Quick Actions - Remove Background modal; Home - Quick Actions - Convert to SVG modal; Home - Quick Actions - Convert to PDF modal; Home - Quick Actions - Convert to MP4 modal; Teams subscription checkout; Home - Quick Actions - Crop image modal; Home - Quick Actions - Resize Video modal; Home - Quick Actions - Caption Video modal; Classroom details - View assignment overview screen; Home - Quick Actions - Convert from PDF modal; Classroom details - With no student data.
Some text that visually functions as a heading is not marked up as a heading, so the structure of the content is not properly conveyed to assistive technologies and people who are blind and/or use a screen reader. This occurs on the following pages: Generative AI Panels; Home - Schedule; Drawing; Panel - Version History; Import PPT/PDF; Home - Addons; Home - Brands; Individual Premium Subscription Checkout - Payment step; Home - Photo; Header 3 (Monetization); Home Search: Search & Generate; Header 2; Panel - Learn; Home - Quick Actions - Edit text and images modal; Share; Home - Your stuff; Classrooms; Home - Generative AI; Premium member modal; Classroom details - Invite your students modal; Presentation view; Teams subscription checkout; Home - Quick Actions - Convert from PDF modal; Info modal for content attribution.
An HTML list element contains content that is visually presented as a part of the list, but the content's HTML coding does not include it programmatically in that list, so the structure of the list is not correctly conveyed to people who are blind and/or use a screen reader or other assistive technology. This occurs on the following page: View All Pages.
An HTML list element contains content that is visually presented as a part of the list but the content's HTML coding does not include it programmatically in that list, so the structure of the list is not correctly conveyed to people who are blind and/or use a screen reader or other assistive technology. This occurs on the following page: Left navigation 2.
Some content that is visually presented as a list is not properly marked up as a list, so the structures of those lists are not correctly conveyed to assistive technologies and people who are blind and/or use a screen reader. This occurs on the following pages: Home - Get started Modal; Home - Templates; Home - Your stuff; Educator Resources.
Some HTML lists contain elements in the code that are not allowed in a programmatic list, so the structure and/or content of each list is not correctly conveyed to people who are blind and/or use a screen reader or other assistive technology. This occurs on the following pages: Home - Get started Modal; Home - Templates; Home - Your stuff; Educator Resources.
Some content that is visually presented as multiple lists is not marked up as a list, so the presence and structure of each list are not conveyed to assistive technologies and people who are blind and/or use a screen reader. This occurs on the following pages: Group Panel - Text; Image Panel; Home - Addons; Home - Templates; Home - Learn; Panel - Addons; Panel - Learn; Classrooms; Collaboration: Co-Creation; Panel - Brands; Paywalls & Subscription; Panel – Media; Rectangle panel; Progress Chart; Table Panel; Bar Chart; Grid Panel; Ellipse panel; Panel - Elements; Panel - Media.
Multiple elements' programmatic role requires one or more child element(s) but the child elements are missing, so people who are blind and/or use a screen reader or other assistive technology may not be able to understand the purpose or content of the element or its related content. This occurs on the following pages: Home - Brands; Home Search: Search & Generate; Panel - Comments; Home - Your stuff; Panel - Brands.
Some elements' programmatic role requires that the element have a parent element, but the parent element is missing, so people who are blind and/or use a screen reader or other assistive technology may not be able to understand the purpose or content of the element without the context provided by the parent. This occurs on the following pages: Panel - Version History; Home - Brands.
A block of text visually styled as deleted or inserted does not have semantic markup or text to indicate programmatically that the text is deleted or inserted, so people who are blind and/or use a screen reader may not be aware that the text is deleted or inserted. This occurs on the following page: Paywalls & Subscription.
Software: Most visual structure and relationship information is provided through semantics | object information or in text. Exceptions include:
A block of text is marked up as a heading but is not a heading, so the structure of the content is misrepresented to assistive technologies and people who are blind and/or use a screen reader. This occurs on the following screen: Home screen with premium user.
1.3.2 Meaningful Sequence (Level A)
Also applies to:
EN 301 549 Criteria

- 504.2 (Authoring Tool)
- 602.3 (Support Docs)
Software: Partially Supports
Web: The product presents most content in a meaningful sequence. Exceptions include:
Screen readers can read content outside some modal dialogs, so people who are blind and/or use a screen reader may become disoriented or confused. This occurs on the following pages: Share; Home - Misc.
The screen reader skips and does not announce informative static content (text or images), so the intended meaning of the content will be lost or changed for people who are blind and/or use a screen reader. This occurs on the following pages: Home - Addons; Panel - Addons; Share; Webpages - Part 2; Webpages - Part 3.
The correct reading order of dynamically changing content is not programmatically determinable by screen readers, so people who are blind and/or use a screen reader may not be made aware of new or changed content that is dynamically added to a page. This occurs on the following pages: Home – Schedule; Panel – Brands and through out all the panels in the product.
Some visually hidden content is announced by a screen reader, so people who are blind and/or use a screen reader may be misled or confused when hearing content that is not intended to be part of the reading order on the page. This occurs on the following pages: Home - Print; Home - Schedule; Home - Get started Modal; Home - Brands; Home - Templates; Individual Premium Subscription Checkout - Payment step; Header 3 (Monetization); Preferences step process; Generate template modal; Webpages - Part 2; Home - Quick Actions - Crop Video modal; Home - Quick Actions - Trim Video modal; View All Pages; Home - Quick Actions - Merge Videos modal; Home - Document; Home - Quick Actions - Convert to JPG modal; Panel - Search; Home - Quick Actions - Convert to MP4 modal; Home - Video; Home - Quick Actions - Crop image modal; Home - Quick Actions - Resize Video modal; Home - Quick Actions - Caption Video modal.
The screen reader skips and does not announce informative static content (text or images), so the intended meaning of that content will be lost or changed for people who are blind and/or use a screen reader. This occurs on the following page: Webpages.
Reading order of the content is not logical. This occurs on the following pages: Home - Quick Actions - Resize image modal; Home - Quick Actions - Convert to GIF modal; Home - Quick Actions - Remove Background modal.
The order that the screen reader announces static content does not match the visual order of the content and changes the meaning of that content, so the intended meaning of the content will be lost or changed for people who are blind and/or use a screen reader. This occurs on the following pages: Home - Quick Actions - Combine Files modal; Home - Quick Actions - Edit text and images modal; Home - Quick Actions - Crop Video modal; Home - Quick Actions - Trim Video modal; Home - Quick Actions - Merge Videos modal; Home - Quick Actions - Convert to JPG modal; Home - Quick Actions - Convert to SVG modal; Home - Quick Actions - Convert to PDF modal; Home - Quick Actions - Convert to MP4 modal; Home - Quick Actions - Crop image modal; Home - Quick Actions - Resize Video modal; Home - Quick Actions - Caption Video modal; Home - Quick Actions - Convert from PDF modal.
Screen reader focus does not follow the visual focus order or does not move to the intended target, so the reading order for people who are blind and/or use a screen reader may not follow the visual organization of the page. This occurs on the following page: Panel – Comments.
Screen reader focus is lost or misplaced due to user interaction or content update, making navigation difficult or impossible for people who are blind and/or use a screen reader or other assistive technology. This occurs on the following page: Panel – Text.
Software: The product presents most content in a meaningful sequence. Exceptions include:
Screen readers can read content outside the modal dialog, so people who are blind and/or use a screen reader may become disoriented or confused. This occurs on the following screen: Editor screen with free user.
Some visually hidden content is announced by a screen reader, so people who are blind and/or use a screen reader may be misled or confused when hearing content that is not intended to be part of the reading order on the page. This occurs on the following screen: Home screen with premium user.
Screen reader focus does not follow the visual focus order or does not move to the intended target, so the reading order for people who are blind and/or use a screen reader may not follow the visual organization of the page. This occurs on the following screen: Home screen with premium user.
Screen reader focus is lost or misplaced due to user interaction or content update, making navigation difficult or impossible for people who are blind and/or use a screen reader or other assistive technology. This occurs on the following screen: Home screen with premium user.
Some hidden or empty interactive elements receive screen reader focus, so people who are blind and/or use a screen reader will navigate to elements that are not intended to be part of the reading order on a page or have no content/functionality. This occurs on the following screens: Home screen with premium user; Editor screen with free user.
When a modal dialog is opened, screen reader focus is not placed in the open modal, so navigation to the modal will be difficult or impossible for people who are blind and/or use a screen reader. This occurs on the following screen: Home screen with premium user.

Web: The product uses text instead of images of text most of the cases, except for branding elements that are considered essential. Exceptions include:
Text on the page is text embedded in an image instead of actual text. An image of text is difficult to zoom or otherwise modify, so people who have low vision and need to enlarge text to read it may not be able to read the text. People with other disabilities that need to otherwise modify text to read it also may not be able to read this text. This occurs on the following pages: Home - Addons; Home Paywall (Go premium with a free trial modal).

Web: At the required width of 320 CSS pixels, most content is presented without loss of information or functionality, and without requiring scrolling in two dimensions. Exceptions include:
When the page is adjusted to an equivalent width of 320 pixels and content reflows to fit within the viewport, some content does not fit horizontally, so it cannot be viewed without scrolling. People with low vision who increase the size of text and other content using the browser zoom may have difficulty accessing the content that can only be seen by horizontal scrolling. This occurs on the following pages: Group panel - Text; Image panel; Download.
When the page is adjusted to an equivalent width of 320 pixels and content reflows to fit within the viewport, some content overlaps and cannot be seen or understood, so the overlapping content is not available to people with low vision who increase the size of text and other content using the browser zoom. This occurs on the following page: Home - Quick Actions - Animate Character modal.

Web: Most meaningful non-text content elements do not have sufficient contrast. Exceptions include:
The visual boundaries of some interactive elements (like a radio button or input fields) do not have a 3:1 color contrast ratio with the background, so people who are colorblind or have low vision may have difficulty perceiving the boundaries of the interactive element. This occurs on the following pages: Color Theme Panel; Classrooms-Create a class modal; Create an assignment modal; Generative AI Panels; Settings modal; Home - Schedule; Drawing; Home - Quick Actions - Resize image modal; Import PPT/PDF; Home - Quick Actions - Convert to GIF modal; Home - Brands; Collaboration: Invite to Edit; Editor; Preferences step process; Bulk Create Panel; EDU Experience - select files modal; Home - Learn; Panel - Learn; Home - Quick Actions - Edit text and images modal; Share; Home - Your stuff; Webpages - Part 2; Collaboration: Co-Creation; Panel - Brands; Home - Quick Actions - Generate QR Code modal; Home - Quick Actions - Trim Video modal; View All Pages; Panel - Media; Webpages; Home - Quick Actions - Merge Videos modal; Home - Quick Actions - Convert to PDF modal; Home - Quick Actions - Animate Character modal; Home - Quick Actions - Resize Video modal; Edu Role Survey; Home - Quick Actions - Caption Video modal; Home - Quick Actions - Convert from PDF modal; Progress Chart; Webpages - Part 3; Translate panel; Download; Panel - Media; Home - Addons - Playground; Add-Ons.
Some icons (or parts of an icon required to understand its content) do not have a 3:1 color contrast ratio with the background or adjacent colors, so people who are colorblind or have low vision may not be able understand the information presented by each icon. This occurs on the following pages: Home - Addons; Home - Learn; Panel - Addons; Panel - Learn; Webpages - Glideshow; Share; Classroom details - Give feedback modal; Webpages - Photo grid.
Some images or graphics (like a chart) or parts of the image/graphic required to understand its content do not have a 3:1 color contrast ratio with the background or adjacent colors, so people who are colorblind or have low vision may not be able understand the information presented by the image/graphic. This occurs on the following pages: Drawing; Panel - Version History; Panel - Comments; Panel - Learn; Panel - Media; Webpages.
The focus indicators of some interactive elements (like buttons or input fields) do not have a 3:1 color contrast ratio with the background, so people who are colorblind or have low vision may have difficulty perceiving when each interactive element is receiving focus. This occurs on the following pages: Generative AI Panels; Asset Preview; Import PPT/PDF; Recent Section; Home - Quick Actions - Edit text and images modal; Share; Panel - Search; Hero Banner; Group panel - Text; Image panel; Rectangle panel; Ellipse panel; Progress Chart; Table Panel; Bar Chart; Grid Panel.
The indicators for the state of some interactive elements (like checkboxes or radio buttons) do not have a 3:1 color contrast ratio with the background, so people who are colorblind or have low vision may have difficulty perceiving the state of the interactive elements. This occurs on the following pages: View only links; Preferences step process; Home - Learn; Panel - Learn; Panel - Media; Classroom details; Panel - Search.

Web: When content is triggered by hover or focus, it becomes visible and then hidden in a manner which meets this criterion.
Content that appears on mouse hover or keyboard focus (such as tooltips, drop-down menus, or popups) is not dismissible, so it obscures all or part of the original content on the page. This occurs on the following pages: Home - Quick Actions - Combine Files modal; Panel - Your Stuff; Generative AI Panels; Home - Schedule; Drawing; Panel - Templates; Home - Brands; Editor; Translate Panel; Individual Premium Subscription Checkout - Payment step; Header 3 (Monetization); Left navigation 1; EDU Experience - select files modal; Header 2; Panel - Comments; Panel - Learn; Share; Home - Your stuff; Webpages - Part 2; Panel - Brands; Paywalls & Subscription; Home - Addons - Playground; View All Pages; Panel - Media; Webpages; Panel - Text; Panel - Search; Hero Banner; Teams subscription checkout; Webpages - Part 1; Group panel - Text; Image Panel; Video panel; Audio panel; Rectangle panel; Ellipse panel; Progress Chart; Table Panel; Bar Chart; Grid Panel; Resize Panel; Bulk Create Panel; Panel - Media; Panel - Elements.
Content that appears on mouse hover (such as tooltips, drop-down menus, or popups) disappears when the mouse pointer is moved over that content, meaning people with disabilities, especially people with low vision who need to magnify text, may not be able to read the additional content. This occurs on the following pages: Home - Print; Panel - Your Stuff; Asset Preview; Home - Schedule; Drawing; Panel - Templates; Recent Section; Home - Brands; Editor; Individual Premium Subscription Checkout - Payment step; Home; Home - Photo; Header 3 (Monetization); Home - Social Media; Left navigation 1; Header 2; Home - Learn; Panel - Learn; Webpages - Glideshow; Home - Your stuff; Home - Generative AI; Home - Addons - Playground; View All Pages; Panel - Media; Home - Document; Panel - Text; Classroom details - Give feedback modal; Panel - Search; Home - Video; Teams subscription checkout; Webpages - Photo grid; Resize panel - Non-premium feature; Webpages - Part 1; Group panel - Text; Image Panel; Video panel; Audio panel; Rectangle panel; Ellipse panel; Bar Chart; Grid Panel; Resize Panel; Bulk Create Panel; Panel - Media; Panel - Elements.

The user cannot pause, stop, or hide automatically updating content, so people who cannot read text quickly, have attention deficit disorders or other cognitive disabilities, or use a screen reader may not be able to read or understand the content before it updates. This occurs on the following pages: Home - Import from Other Apps modal; Premium member modal.
The user cannot pause, stop, or hide content that automatically moves, blinks, or scrolls, so people who cannot read text quickly, have attention deficit disorders or other cognitive disabilities, or use a screen reader may not be able to read or understand the content. This occurs on the following pages: Group Panel - Text; Import PPT/PDF; Translate Panel; Home - Quick Actions - Edit text and images modal.

Web: The titles of pages describe their purpose. Exceptions include:
The page's programmatic title does not identify the purpose of the page, so people who use a screen reader will not know the purpose of the page without reading its content. This occurs on the following pages: Home - Schedule; Home - Addons; Home - Brands; Home - Templates; View only links; Home - Learn; EDU Experience - Home page; Home - Your stuff; Classrooms; Educator Resources; Classroom details - Import a roster modal; Webpages; Classroom details; Presentation view; Classroom details - View assignment overview screen; Classroom details - With no student data; Templates.

Software: Supports
Web: Most components receive focus in a meaningful order. Exceptions include:
Keyboard focus or touch screen swiping goes to multiple elements that are hidden or empty, so people who use the keyboard to navigate content (including screen reader users) may become disoriented or confused. This occurs on the following pages: Home - Print; Image Panel; Home - Get started Modal; Home - Brands; Home - Templates; Home; Header 3 (Monetization); Preferences step process; EDU Experience - Home page; Generate template modal; Home - Quick Actions - Edit text and images modal; Webpages - Part 2; Educator Resources; View All Pages; Home - Document; Home - Quick Actions - Convert to PDF modal; Publish and validate a Webpage; Panel - Search; Home - Video; Home - Quick Actions - Convert from PDF modal.
Keyboard focus does not follow the visual focus order, or it does not move to the intended target, so people who use the keyboard to navigate content (including screen reader users) may become disoriented on the page. This occurs on the following page: Panel - Comments.
Keyboard focus is lost or misplaced as a result of user interaction or content update or refresh, so people who use the keyboard to navigate content (including screen reader users) will become disoriented. This occurs on the following pages: Editor; Home - Learn; Home - Addons - Playground; Panel – Text; Group panel - Text; Table Panel; Bar Chart.
Keyboard focus is not confined within multiple modals, so people who use the keyboard to navigate content (including screen reader users) will be able to navigate outside of the modal, which may cause them to become disoriented. This occurs on the following pages: Share; Errors & Warnings; Home - Misc.
For multiple modals, keyboard focus is not moved to the modal when the modal opens, so people who use the keyboard to navigate content (including screen reader users) may not be able to use each modal and in some cases may not know it is present on the page. This occurs on the following pages: Share; Errors & Warnings; Home - Misc.
The focus order is not logical and presents content in an order that misrepresents its meaning or operability, so people who use a keyboard, switch control, or other assistive technology to navigate content may become disoriented or confused. This occurs on the following pages: Create an assignment modal; Home - Schedule; Drawing; Recent Section; Header 2; Panel - Comments; Panel - Learn; Header 1; Home - Addons - Playground; Classroom details - Assignment details screen; Left navigation 2; Webpages - Part 1; Panel – Brands and similar other panels.
When a modal closes, keyboard focus is not returned to the control that opened the modal or to another logical location, so people who use the keyboard to navigate content (including screen reader users) may become disoriented on the page. This occurs on the following pages: Classrooms-Create a class modal; Asset Preview; Home - Schedule; Drawing; Import PPT/PDF; Home - Get started Modal; Home - Brands; EDU Experience - select files modal; Panel - Comments; Share; Panel - Brands; Home - Quick Actions - Convert to JPG modal; Home - Quick Actions - Convert to SVG modal; Home - Quick Actions - Crop image modal; EDU Experience - Edit your class modal; Home - Misc; External link modal; Webpages - Part 1.

Web: The purpose of most links can be determined from the link text alone or from the link text and its programmatic context. Exceptions include:
Multiple links have identical link text but different destinations, and the context provided by the content that immediately surrounds each link does not provide any clarification, so people who are blind and/or use a screen reader will not know or may be confused about where each link goes. This occurs on the following page: Educator Resources.
The purpose of multiple links is not made clear by each link's text or the context provided by the content that immediately surrounds it, so people who are blind and/or use a screen reader will not know where each link goes. This occurs on the following pages: Recent Section; Webpages - Part 2.

Web: Most of the headings and labels are descriptive. Exceptions include:
Multiple buttons have identical programmatic labels but different functionality, and there is not programmatic context, so people who are blind and/or use a screen reader will not know or may be confused or misled about what each button does. This occurs on the following pages: Home - Quick Actions - Animate Character modal; Home - Print; Group Panel - Text; Panel - Your Stuff; Image Panel; Generative AI Panels; Home - Schedule; Panel - Templates; Panel - Version History; Import PPT/PDF; Home - Addons; Recent Section; Home - Brands; Editor; Home - Templates; Translate Panel; Home; Home - Photo; Home - Social Media; Home Search: Search & Generate; Header 2; Panel - Comments; EDU Experience - Home page; Bar Chart; Panel - Addons; Panel - Learn; View All Pages; Panel - Media; Home - Document; Panel - Charts & Grids; Panel - Text; Panel - Search; Home - Video; Home - Quick Actions - Caption Video modal; Webpages - Part 1 Group panel - Text; Shape panel; Rectangle panel; Ellipse panel; Progress Chart; Table Panel; Color Theme Panel; Panel - Media; Panel - Elements.
Multiple programmatic labels for controls or form input fields do not convey the purpose of the control or input, so people who are blind and/or use a screen reader may not understand what a control does or what data to enter. This occurs on the following pages: Home - Print; Color Theme Panel; Group Panel - Text; Create an assignment modal; Panel - Your Stuff; Image Panel; Generative AI Panels; Settings modal; Home - Schedule; Drawing; Panel - Templates; Panel - Version History; Home - Quick Actions - Resize image modal; Home - Addons; Home - Brands; Editor; Home - Templates; Home - Social Media; EDU Experience - select files modal; Home Search: Search & Generate; Panel - Comments; EDU Experience - Home page; Panel - Addons; Panel - Learn; Share; Home - Your stuff; Classrooms; Webpages - Part 2; Home - Quick Actions - Crop Video modal; Panel - Brands; Educator Resources; Errors & Warnings; View All Pages; Panel - Media; Webpages; Home - Document; Panel - Charts & Grids; Panel - Text; Panel - Search; Home - Quick Actions - Animate Character modal; Presentation view; Give us feedback modal; Home - Quick Actions - Resize Video modal; EDU Experience - Edit your class modal; Resize panel; Home - Quick Actions - Caption Video modal; Home - Misc; Export and Validate Video; Webpages - Part 3; Resize panel - Non-premium feature; Webpages - Part 1; Group panel - Text; Shape panel; Image Panel; Video panel; Audio panel; Rectangle panel; Ellipse panel; Progress Chart; Table Panel; Bar Chart; Grid Panel; Panel - Media; Panel - Elements; Bulk Create Panel.
Visible labels for multiple controls or form input fields do not convey the purpose of the control or input, so people who have cognitive or learning disabilities may not understand what a control does or what data to enter. This occurs on the following pages: Individual Premium Subscription Checkout - Payment step; Publish and validate a Webpage.
Software: Most of the headings and labels are descriptive. Exceptions include:
Multiple labels for controls or form input fields do not convey the purpose of the control or input, so users may not understand what the control does or what data to enter, especially people with cognitive or learning disabilities and people who are blind and/or use a screen reader. This occurs on the following screens: Home screen with premium user; Editor screen with free user.
Multiple programmatic labels for controls or form input fields do not convey the purpose of the control or input, so people who are blind and/or use a screen reader may not understand what a control does or what data to enter. This occurs on the following screens: Home screen with premium user; Editor screen with free user.

Functionality (excluding operating system, user agents [like a browser], or assistive technology functions) relies on multipoint gestures that require more than one finger touching the screen at the same time (such as 2-finger pinch zoom), so people with motor disabilities or limited dexterity and people who use certain assistive technology to interact with the page that has a single pointer will not be able to operate this functionality. This occurs on the following page: Home Search: Search & Generate.
Software: Most elements do not require multipoint or path-based gestures for their operation. Exceptions include:

Web: In most product functions, accessible names of controls contain the text of their visible labels. Exceptions include:
The accessible name of multiple interactive elements (such as links, buttons, or form inputs) does not contain the visible label, so people who use speech input to navigate and operate content will not be able to access those elements. This occurs on the following pages: Color Theme Panel; Group Panel - Text; Panel - Your Stuff; Image Panel; Generative AI Panels; Home - Schedule; Drawing; Panel - Templates; Home - Quick Actions - Resize image modal; Home - Addons; Translate Panel; Individual Premium Subscription Checkout - Payment step; Home - Photo; Home - Social Media; EDU Experience - select files modal; Home Search: Search & Generate; Panel - Addons; Home - Your stuff; Panel - Brands; Home - Addons - Playground; View All Pages; Panel - Media; Webpages; Panel - Charts & Grids; Classroom details - Invite your students modal; Panel - Text; Publish and validate a Webpage; Home - Video; Home - Quick Actions - Animate Character modal; Home - Quick Actions - Resize Video modal; Home - Quick Actions - Caption Video modal; Progress Chart; Webpages - Part 3; Webpages - Part 1; Grid Panel; Rectangle panel; Ellipse panel; Table Panel; Panel - Elements; Group panel - Text; Shape panel.
Multiple interactive elements (such as links, buttons, or form inputs) do not have an accessible name because their visible labels are not programmatically associated with the elements, so people who use speech input to navigate and operate content will not be able to access those elements. This occurs on the following pages: Generative AI Panels; Settings modal; Drawing; Preferences step process; EDU Experience - select files modal; Home - Your stuff; Webpages - Part 2; View All Pages; Webpages; Classroom details - Invite your students modal; Teams subscription checkout; Give us feedback modal; Edu Role Survey; Webpages - Part 1; Group panel - Text; Image Panel; Rectangle panel; Ellipse panel; Progress Chart; Table Panel; Bar Chart; Grid Panel.
The accessible name of an interactive element (such as a link, button, or form input) contains its visible label, but the words are in a different order, so the accessible name does not contain the visible label, and people who use speech input to navigate and operate content will not be able to access the element. This occurs on the following page: Drawing.
Software: The accessible names of controls contain the text of their visible labels.

Exceptions include:
Multiple target hit areas do not meet minimum 24x24 pixel size or spacing. making it difficult for users with hand tremors and those who have difficulty with fine motor movement to activate them accurately. This occurs on the following pages: Import PPT/PDF; Recent Section; Collaboration: Invite to Edit; Individual Premium Subscription Checkout - Payment step; EDU Experience - Home page; Panel - Addons; View All Pages; Teams subscription checkout.

Web: Most input errors are identified and described to the users in text. Exceptions include:
Error messages for some form inputs (such as text input fields, radio buttons, select dropdown or checkboxes) cannot be read by screen readers, so people who use a screen reader may not be made aware when an error has occurred. This occurs on the following pages: Share; Teams subscription checkout; Resize panel.
Some form fields with an error are not identified in the text error message or a text alternative for an image, and the error message with the field name is not programmatically associated with the form field (so it is announced when a screen reader user navigates to the field), so people who are blind and/or use a screen reader will not be able to identify in which form field an error occurred. This occurs on the following pages: Create an assignment modal; Settings modal; Individual Premium Subscription Checkout - Payment step; Header 2; Resize panel; Webpages - Part 3.

This occurs on the following pages: Home - Schedule; Home - Brands; Collaboration: Invite to Edit; Editor; Panel - Comments; EDU Experience - Home page; Generate template modal; Bar Chart; Share; Panel - Brands; Webpages - Formatting options.
Some label for the select dropdown controls are missing, so the field's purpose is not clear. This occurs on the following pages: Panel - Your Stuff; Home - Schedule; Drawing; Home - Brands; Collaboration: Invite to Edit; Generate template modal; Share; Home - Your stuff; Panel - Brands; Webpages - Part 1.
A group of elements is missing a visible group label, so the purpose of the elements in the group cannot be understood. This occurs on the following page: Home - Schedule.

Web: User interface components in most product functions do not provide programmatic name, role, state, or value information. Exceptions include:
The HTML code for some links or buttons is nested inside the code of another link or button, so assistive technologies may not be able to determine the function of these elements. This occurs on the following pages: Drawing; Header 2; EDU Experience - Home page; Home - Your stuff; Webpages - Part 2; Educator Resources; Panel - Media.
Multiple elements with a "link," "button," or "menuitem" role are missing or has an incorrect programmatic name, so people who are blind and/or use a screen reader or other assistive technology may not be able to determine the name of each element and may not understand its purpose or content or how to interact with it. This occurs on the following pages: Home - Brands; Home - Your stuff; View All Pages; View only links; Presentation view; Settings modal; Home; EDU Experience - Home page; Classrooms; Educator Resources; Classroom details - Assignment details screen; Classroom details; Classroom details - Invite your students modal.
Elements that are focusable or contain one or more focusable elements are programmatically hidden, so people who use the keyboard to navigate as well as people who are blind and/or use a screen reader or other assistive technology will not be able to perceive or interact with the elements. This occurs on the following pages: Panel - Addons; Home - Addons; Paywalls & Subscription.
Multiple buttons do not have a programmatic name, so each button's name (such as "Submit" or "Cancel") is not conveyed to screen readers and other assistive technologies and will not be available to people who use those technologies. This occurs on the following pages: Group Panel - Text; Panel - Your Stuff; Image Panel; Generative AI Panels; Asset Preview; Home - Schedule; Home - Brands; Editor; Translate Panel; Individual Premium Subscription Checkout - Payment step; View only links; Bulk Create Panel; EDU Experience - select files modal; Home Search: Search & Generate; Panel - Comments; Home - Learn; Webpages - Glideshow; Share; Home - Your stuff; Webpages - Part 2; Home - Quick Actions - Crop Video modal; Panel - Brands; Paywalls & Subscription; Home - Addons - Playground; Panel - Media; Webpages; Panel - Charts & Grids; Premium member modal; Teams subscription checkout; Info modal for content attribution; External link modal; Progress Chart; Webpages - Photo grid; Webpages - Part 1; Panel - Media; Panel - Elements.
Multiple buttons do not have a programmatic role, so each button's role (usually button, but sometimes link or something else) is not conveyed to screen readers and other assistive technologies and will not be available to people who use those technologies. This occurs on the following pages: Home - Quick Actions - Combine Files modal; Panel - Your Stuff; Home - Schedule; Drawing; Home - Get started Modal; Home - Addons; Home - Brands; Collaboration: Invite to Edit; Translate Panel; Home; Bulk Create Panel; Home - Learn; Panel - Addons; Home - Your stuff; Home - Import from Other Apps modal; Home - Quick Actions - Merge Videos modal; Premium member modal; Panel - Search; Panel - Elements; Webpages - Part 1.
Multiple buttons do not have a programmatic role and name, so each button's role (usually button, but sometimes link or something else) and its name (such as "Submit" or "Cancel") are not conveyed to screen readers and other assistive technologies and will not be available to people who use those technologies. This occurs on the following pages: Color Theme Panel; Home - Schedule; Drawing; Home - Quick Actions - Convert to GIF modal; Home - Brands; Editor; Individual Premium Subscription Checkout - Payment step; EDU Experience - Home page; Panel - Learn; Webpages - Glideshow; Share; Home - Your stuff; Webpages - Part 2; Collaboration: Co-Creation; Home - Quick Actions - Crop Video modal; Panel - Brands; Home - Addons - Playground; Home - Quick Actions - Trim Video modal; Home - Quick Actions - Merge Videos modal; Panel - Charts & Grids; Home - Quick Actions - Convert to MP4 modal; Presentation view; Teams subscription checkout; Give us feedback modal; Home - Quick Actions - Resize Video modal; Home - Quick Actions - Caption Video modal; Webpages - Photo grid.
When some buttons are pressed, their pressed state is not conveyed programmatically, so people who are blind and/or use a screen reader or other assistive technology will not be informed that the buttons are pressed. This occurs on the following pages: Group Panel - Text; Image Panel; Home - Brands; Translate Panel; Preferences step process; Webpages - Glideshow; Home - Your stuff; Ellipse Panel; Classroom details - Assignment details screen; Teams subscription checkout; Webpages - Photo grid; Webpages - Part 1; Rectangle Panel; Rectangle panel; Ellipse panel; Progress Chart; Bar Chart; Panel - Elements; Panel – Media.
A button does not have a programmatic name, so its name (such as "Submit" or "Cancel") is not conveyed to screen readers and other assistive technologies and will not be available to people who use those technologies. This occurs on the following page: Panel - Learn.
A custom checkbox element does not have a programmatic role and/or its current state (checked or not checked) is not conveyed programmatically, so people who are blind and/or use a screen reader or other assistive technology will not be aware that the element is a checkbox or if the checkbox is checked. This occurs on the following page: Home - Quick Actions - Combine Files modal.
Multiple elements have an invalid attribute in its HTML code that is intended to provide that element's programmatic role, name, state, or another property to assistive technology, so people who are blind and/or use a screen reader or other assistive technology may not be able to understand the name, purpose, or content of each element or how to interact with it. This occurs on the following pages: Webpages; Preferences step process; Panel – Comments; Drawing.
Multiple form input elements do not have a programmatic name, so people who are blind and/or use a screen reader or other assistive technology may not be able to determine the name of each element and may not understand its purpose or how to interact with it. This occurs on the following pages: Panel - Learn; Settings modal; View All Pages.
Multiple form fields are missing a programmatic name, so people who are blind and/or use a screen reader or other assistive technology may not be able to understand the purpose of each form field or what input it requires. This occurs on the following pages: Group Panel - Text; Generative AI Panels; Drawing; Translate Panel; View only links; Preferences step process; EDU Experience - select files modal; Header 2; Home - Your stuff; Webpages - Part 2; Home - Addons - Playground; Webpages - Formatting options; Webpages; Edu Role Survey; Progress Chart; Group panel - Text; Image Panel; Rectangle panel; Ellipse panel; Progress Chart; Table Panel; Bar Chart; Grid Panel.
Multiple iframes do not have a programmatic title that is conveyed to assistive technology, so people who are blind and/or use a screen reader or other assistive technology may not be able to understand the purpose or content of each iframe without browsing its content. This occurs on the following pages: Individual Premium Subscription Checkout - Payment step; Home - Quick Actions - Convert to PDF modal.
The HTML code for a link or button is nested inside the code of another link or button, so assistive technologies may not be able to determine the function of the element. This occurs on the following pages: Panel - Your Stuff; Generative AI Panels; Recent Section; Home - Brands; Individual Premium Subscription Checkout - Payment step; Home; Home - Photo; Preferences step process; Panel - Learn; Classrooms; Paywalls & Subscription; View All Pages; Home - Video.
Multiple links do not have a programmatic role, so people who are blind and/or use a screen reader or other assistive technology may not be able to understand the purpose and function of each link or how to interact with it. This occurs on the following pages: EDU Experience - Home page; Generate template modal; Panel - Learn; Panel - Brands; Educator Resources; Home - Import from Other Apps modal.
Multiple links do not have discernible link text, so people who are blind and/or use a screen reader or other assistive technology may not be able to understand the destination or function of each link. This occurs on the following pages: Settings modal; Header 1.
A custom radio button does not have a role and/or a state (checked/unchecked) that are conveyed to assistive technology, so people who are blind and/or use a screen reader or other assistive technology may not be able to understand the purpose of the radio button, how to use it, and whether it is checked. This occurs on the following page: Drawing.
The programmatic state of some elements that reveal or hide content ("expanded" or "collapsed") is missing or is used incorrectly, so people who are blind and/or use a screen reader or other assistive technology will not be informed of the current state of each element or the state will be misrepresented. This occurs on the following pages: Classrooms-Create a class modal; Group Panel - Text; Panel - Your Stuff; Generative AI Panels; Home - Schedule; Drawing; Home - Brands; Editor; Header 3 (Monetization); EDU Experience - select files modal; Home Search: Search & Generate; Header 2; Home - Your stuff; Collaboration: Co-Creation; Panel - Brands; Home - Quick Actions - Convert to PDF modal; Home - Quick Actions - Convert from PDF modal; Webpages - Part 1.
For some elements that allow a user either to select or not select a single option (like a checkbox or radio buttons) or to select from among 2 or more options (like a select dropdown), the state (such as checked/unchecked or selected/not selected) is not conveyed to assistive technology, so people who are blind and/or use a screen reader or other assistive technology may not be able to understand the purpose of each element, the options available, and whether the element or an option is currently checked. This occurs on the following pages: Generative AI Panels; Home - Schedule; Drawing; Home - Quick Actions - Resize image modal; Editor; Panel - Comments; Home - Quick Actions - Crop Video modal; View All Pages; Home - Quick Actions - Merge Videos modal; Home - Quick Actions - Remove Background modal; Classroom details; Home - Quick Actions - Animate Character modal; Give us feedback modal; Home - Quick Actions - Resize Video modal.

This occurs on the following page: Presentation view.
A radio button, checkbox, or switch element does not have a programmatic name, so people who are blind and/or use a screen reader or other assistive technology may not be able to determine the name of the element and may not understand its purpose or content or how to interact with it. This occurs on the following page: Webpages - Part 1.
The state of the currently displayed carousel slide is indicated visually but not programmatically, so people who are blind and/or use a screen reader or other assistive technology may not be able to understand which slide in the carousel is currently visible. This occurs on the following page: Import PPT/PDF.
Multiple elements that appear and function like a combo box do not have the required attributes in its HTML code needed to provide its programmatic role, name, state, and other properties to assistive technology, so people who are blind and/or use a screen reader or other assistive technology may not be able to understand the name, purpose, or content of each element or how to interact with it. This occurs on the following pages: Classrooms-Create a class modal; Panel - Your Stuff; Generative AI Panels; Settings modal; Home - Schedule; Home - Quick Actions - Resize image modal; Home - Quick Actions - Convert to GIF modal; Home - Brands; Collaboration: Invite to Edit; Translate Panel; Individual Premium Subscription Checkout - Payment step; Bulk Create Panel; Home - Social Media; Header 2; Generate template modal; Panel - Addons; Share; Home - Your stuff; Panel - Brands; Home - Quick Actions - Generate QR Code modal; Home - Quick Actions - Trim Video modal; Webpages; Home - Quick Actions - Merge Videos modal; Home - Quick Actions - Remove Background modal; Panel - Search; Home - Quick Actions - Resize Video modal; EDU Experience - Edit your class modal; Home - Quick Actions - Caption Video modal; Home - Quick Actions - Convert from PDF modal; Webpages - Part 1; Group panel - Text; Image Panel; Video panel; Rectangle panel; Ellipse panel; Progress Chart; Resize panel; Download; Color Theme Panel; Panel - Media; Panel – Elements; Table Panel; Bar Chart.
Some elements that appear and function like a modal dialog do not have the required attributes in its HTML code needed to provide its programmatic role, name, state, and other properties to assistive technology, so people who are blind and/or use a screen reader or other assistive technology may not be able to understand the name, purpose, or content of each element or how to interact with it. This occurs on the following pages: Classrooms-Create a class modal; Group Panel - Text; Create an assignment modal; Asset Preview; Settings modal; Home - Schedule; Home - Quick Actions - Resize image modal; Import PPT/PDF; Home - Get started Modal; Home - Addons; Home - Quick Actions - Convert to GIF modal; Home - Brands; Translate Panel; Home - Quick Actions - Edit text and images modal; Share; Home - Quick Actions - Generate QR Code modal; Home - Quick Actions - Trim Video modal; Home - Quick Actions - Merge Videos modal; Home - Quick Actions - Remove Background modal; Home Paywall (Go premium with a free trial modal); Premium member modal; Classroom details - Invite your students modal; Home - Quick Actions - Convert to MP4 modal; Home - Quick Actions - Animate Character modal; Home - Quick Actions - Resize Video modal; EDU Experience - Edit your class modal; Edu Role Survey; Home - Misc; Home - Quick Actions - Convert from PDF modal; Edu Welcome Modal; Webpages - Part 1.
Multiple elements are missing or have an incorrect programmatic name, so people who are blind and/or use a screen reader or other assistive technology may not be able to determine the name of each element and may not understand its purpose or content or how to interact with it. This occurs on the following pages: Image Panel; Drawing; Bulk Create Panel; Home - Learn.
An element that appears and functions like a site navigation menu or application menu does not have the required attributes in its HTML code needed to provide the programmatic role, name, state, and other properties for the menu and/or its options to assistive technology, so people who are blind and/or use a screen reader or other assistive technology may not be able to understand the name, purpose, or content of the menu and its options or how to interact with them. This occurs on the following page: Home - Your stuff.
An element that appears and functions like a progress bar that dynamically indicates the progress status for a process does not have the required attributes in its HTML code needed to provide its programmatic role, name, state, and other properties to assistive technology, so people who are blind and/or use a screen reader or other assistive technology may not be able to understand the progress bar's name or purpose or the current state of the process. This occurs on the following page: Home - Quick Actions - Merge Videos modal.
Multiple elements do not have an attribute in their HTML code that will provide its programmatic role to assistive technology or the role assigned is not correct (like assigning a button the role of "checkbox"), so people who are blind and/or use a screen reader or other assistive technology may not be able to understand the name, purpose, or content of the element or how to interact with it. This occurs on the following pages: Home - Schedule; Home - Brands; Header 2; Panel - Learn; Home - Your stuff; Classrooms; Webpages - Part 2; Paywalls & Subscription; Panel - Media; Webpages; Classroom details; Classroom details - View assignment overview screen.
Multiple elements that appear and function like a slider control does not have the required attributes in its HTML code needed to provide its programmatic role, name, state, and other properties to assistive technology, so people who are blind and/or use a screen reader or other assistive technology may not be able to understand the element's name, purpose, or current value or how to interact with it. This occurs on the following pages: Home - Quick Actions - Convert to GIF modal; Home - Quick Actions - Crop Video modal; Home - Quick Actions - Convert to MP4 modal; Home - Quick Actions - Resize Video modal; Group panel - Text; Image Panel; Rectangle panel; Ellipse panel; Progress Chart; Table Panel; Bar Chart; Grid Panel.
An element's HTML code has syntax errors, so people who are blind and/or use a screen reader or other assistive technology may not be able to understand the name, purpose, or content of the element or how to interact with it. This occurs on the following page: Individual Premium Subscription Checkout - Payment step.
Multiple elements do not have an attribute in their HTML code that will provide its programmatic state (such as "checked"/"not checked") to assistive technology or the state assigned is not correct, so people who are blind and/or use a screen reader or other assistive technology may not be able to understand the current state of the element or how to interact with it. This occurs on the following pages: Color Theme Panel; Image Panel; Home - Brands; Individual Premium Subscription Checkout - Payment step; Header 3 (Monetization); Header 2; Home - Your stuff; Webpages; Teams subscription checkout; Export and Validate Video; Webpages - Part 1.
An element that appears and functions like a switch control does not have the required attributes in its HTML code needed to provide its programmatic role, name, state, and other properties to assistive technology, so people who are blind and/or use a screen reader or other assistive technology may not be able to understand the element's name, purpose, or current state (such as "On" or "Off") or how to interact with it. This occurs on the following page: Collaboration: Co-Creation.
Some elements function as if they have two programmatic roles, so one or both roles may be incorrectly conveyed to people who are blind and/or use a screen reader or other assistive technology since assistive technology can convey only one role for any single element. This occurs on the following pages: Translate Panel; Bulk Create Panel; Panel – Media; Group panel - Text; Image Panel; Rectangle panel; Ellipse panel; Progress Chart; Table Panel; Bar Chart; Grid Panel.
A control has an incorrect programmatic state, so the control's state (like "checked"/"unchecked" or "expanded"/"collapsed") conveyed to screen readers and other assistive technologies is incorrect and misrepresents the control's state and functionality to people who use those technologies. This occurs on the following page: Generative AI Panels.
The content of multiple tooltips cannot be accessed using a screen reader, so people who are blind and others who use a screen reader will not be able to read this content. This occurs on the following pages: Group Panel - Text; Panel - Your Stuff; Home - Schedule; Drawing; Home - Brands; Home - Photo; Home - Social Media; Left navigation 1; Header 2; Panel - Learn; Share; Home - Your stuff; Webpages - Part 2; Panel - Brands; Home - Generative AI; Home - Quick Actions - Convert to PDF modal; Home - Video; Home - Quick Actions - Animate Character modal; Export and Validate Video; Home - Quick Actions - Convert from PDF modal; Webpages - Part 1; Group panel - Text; Image Panel; Video panel.
Software: User interface components in most product do not provide programmatic name, role, state, or value information. Exceptions include:

This occurs on the following screens: Home screen with premium user; Editor screen with free user.
Multiple buttons do not have a programmatic role and name, so each button's role (usually button, but sometimes link or something else) and its name (such as "Submit" or "Cancel") are not conveyed to screen readers and other assistive technologies and will not be available to people who use those technologies. This occurs on the following screens: Home screen with premium user; Editor screen with free user.
Some informative static text is assigned an interactive role that is announced by a screen reader, so people who are blind and/or use a screen reader may be confused. This occurs on the following screen: Editor screen with free user.
