Acrobat Reader provides a rich set of features and tools for reviewing shared files. With Share & review features, you can:

  • Add comments and annotations, edit comments, reply to comments, and receive notifications when there is an activity on your thread comments.

  • Have shared files synchronized across all connected devices.

  • Create, participate in, and manage reviews.

To review files:

  1. From the review invitation email that you receive, select the link. It automatically opens the review document in Acrobat Reader. You don’t need to sign in to access review files.

  2. Use the bottom toolbar to add a comment, add comment to a highlight, reply to, or delete comments, as required.
