What is Adobe Certified Professional: Adobe Captivate program?
A professional training and certification program for all eLearning practitioners who have basic to advanced level proficiency in instructional design and learning content creation workflows. The program includes an online curriculum and assessment exam on the all-new Adobe Captivate. Optional 2 or 3-day virtual instructor-led live training is also available. Earn your Adobe Certified Professional badge and certificate upon successfully passing the certification exam.
Important note: This program is only for the all-new Adobe Captivate (released in 2023) and not for Adobe Captivate Classic (released in 2019)

Learn how to use the all-new Adobe Captivate to quickly build interactive learning content using audio, video, animations, images, and quiz questions. The curriculum includes:
- Introduction to the all-new Adobe Captivate
- Touring the brand-new user interface
- Getting started with creating your first course using Quick Start Projects
- Creating a new course from scratch
- Creating quizzes and knowledge checks
- Creating infinite scroll projects
- Using and working with multi-state objects
- Adding interactions to your project
- Adding animations to your project
- Adding media to your project
- Making your project accessible
- Taking a deep dive into themes, table of content, playbar, variables and more
- Creating software simulation project
- Previewing and publishing the courses to an LMS
For all the different training and certification offerings under Adobe Certified Professional: Adobe Captivate, participants are required to have access to their own laptop/desktop computer, with all-new Adobe Captivate installed in it. A free 30-day trial of this latest version of Adobe Captivate can also be downloaded at any time a participant wishes. Those without Adobe Captivate will NOT be able to complete or pass the assessment.
The assessment is an open book exam. Therefore, participants can keep their notes, books, etc. with them.
Online Certification
Apart from their laptop/desktop computer, participants are required to have access to their power, and internet connection.
The online certification assessment is proctored for exam security. Participants are required to have access to a microphone and webcam during the entire duration of the assessment test.
Virtual instructor-led training sessions
Participants must complete the pre-work online curriculum beforehand, to make optimal use of the virtual training. These sessions will provide hands-on experience of Adobe Captivate, as a recap of the online curriculum.
Participants need to download the classroom exercise files (which will be shared a week before the virtual session) and save them on their local drive/desktop. These are required to successfully follow along during the virtual workshop.
Apart from their laptop/desktop computer, participants are required to have access to their power, and internet connection.

Once we receive your form of academic identification, we’ll notify you of approval and how to complete your discounted payment.
Payment is required for enrolling into the program, getting access to online training videos, and virtual training sessions.
This program is non-refundable. Under no circumstances will refunds be issued. The price covers the registration fee, access to online training content for 1 year, access to virtual training sessions, and the certificate and badge if the assessment is successfully passed.
