We regularly evaluate our participation in these organizations to ensure we are aligned on common interests and can constructively work together with the other participants. We take an active role in most of these organizations, either serving on the board or participating in committees, working groups, or meetings.
- Unless otherwise noted, we spend $75,000 or less per year on contributions or membership dues to organizations listed above. For organizations with an *, we spend >$75,000 to $150,000 per year on contributions or membership dues. Contributions or membership dues per year for BSA is $875,000 and ITIC is $300,000.
- For the organizations listed above that disclose to our public policy and government relations teams their lobbying spend, all of them spend less than 25% of membership dues annually on lobbying. High Tech Inventors Alliance spends 50% of membership dues annually on lobbying. SPSC and P4A spend 95% of membership dues annually on lobbying.
- The organizations listed above may create legislation in the ordinary course of their work. For 2025, Adobe’s public policy and government relations teams did not request the organizations listed above to create legislation.
