In the Sign Experience the form fields are layered on top of an image of the document. The reader can access the full document with assistive technology such as a screen reader using the “Read Agreement” or “Download PDF” selections in the Options menu.
Once the document has been signed and submitted, any values entered into form fields will no longer be accessible to the assistive technology user (such as a screen reader). The original accessible PDF is still readable but any added values are not.
