• In autumn 2009, Arch will launch a correspondence generation system powered by FLM and based on its 2008 FLM-CG release and the Adobe Flex based solution accelerator for correspondence management. Arch and Adobe are actively collaborating to create this new product.

• FLM is a cross-industry application but is particularly relevant in paper-intensive and regulated organizations such as government, utilities, and financial services.

• FLM and SIFbA are often implemented in HR as well as SRM, finance, and customer services.
