Open the Lightroom app on your Android device and sign in. Add photos that are already on your phone or tablet. Or, take pictures and add them to Lightroom. To add a photo from your device, tap the image icon in the blue rounded rectangle. Tap to select all the pictures you want to add, and then tap Add. To take a picture, tap the camera icon and tap the blue circle icon to take a picture. You can also tap JPG/DNG to switch shooting modes between JPG or DNG (raw format).
2 Sort and search photos
When you add pictures to Lightroom, they are available from All Photos on the main screen. Tap All Photos to see the photos listed in order of capture date. To change the sort order, tap the icon with the three dots at the top right. Tap Sort by Capture Date to choose from one of the available sorting options.
Lightroom recognizes objects in your photos and applies searchable keywords. Tap the search icon, and then search by keywords such as “flowers,” “water,” or “mountains” to find different types of photos.
3 Organize photos into albums
Albums provide an easy way to keep your photos organized. From the main Lightroom screen, tap the plus (+) icon, tap Album, name it, and tap OK.
To add photos to the new album, tap the album name and select photos from your device or photos that are already in your Lightroom account. Or, take new photos with the in-app camera.
4 Edit photos
Crop, adjust color and tone, or apply presets to your photographs using Lightroom for mobile. To edit a photo, tap the photo to open it in edit mode. Then, choose among the editing controls at the bottom and use the sliders and other settings to make the adjustments you want.
5 Share photos
To share your photo, tap the image to open it, tap the share icon, and then select the way you want to share your photo — by text, email, or social media.
Access your synced photos on your desktop and the web
Any changes you make to your photos or albums in Lightroom for mobile are reflected in Lightroom on all your devices. So, you can continue working with your photos anywhere you are.
Be sure to check out the tutorials available for Lightroom for more detailed information on how to edit, organize, store, and share photos from anywhere.

General information
You can control how Adobe websites use cookies and similar technologies by making choices below. But note that if you disable cookies and similar technologies entirely, Adobe websites may not function properly.
Cookies are small text files stored by your web browser when you use websites. There are also other technologies that can be used for similar purposes like HTML5 Local Storage and local shared objects, web beacons, and embedded scripts. These technologies help us do things like remembering you and your preferences when you return to our sites, measure how you use the website, conduct market research, and gather information about the ads you see and interact with.
You can make choices in the menu below about what cookies and other technologies you want us to use on Adobe sites when you visit them from this browser. You can always change those choices later by clicking on the Cookie Preferences link at the bottom of the page.
If enabled:
We can improve your experience by tailoring the site and the content to things we think might be of interest
We can better keep track of your preferences — like what language you prefer to use
We will better understand your likely interests so we can provide you more relevant Adobe ads and content on non-Adobe websites and in non-Adobe apps
It will help us improve the performance of our website and those of our partners who use the Adobe Experience Cloud
If disabled:
We won’t be able to remember you from session to session so the experience may not be tailored to your interests
You’ll still have access to the content of the site but certain features that depend on cookies may not function
You’ll still see ads, they just may not be as relevant to you
