Photographer Aundre Larrow shares life lessons, along with his favorite tips and tools for staying productive.

“Root yourself in what you want to do and learn it piece by piece. In college, I was running actions to edit like 60 photos at once. One of my friends was like, ‘What are you doing?!’ If you open in Lightroom and paste these edits, you can do them all at once, adjust them faster, and keep them organized.”
Click the Masking button and choose Select Subject. Lightroom will automatically create a new mask over the model.

A red overlay highlights the mask to show where your edits will be applied. Now you can make adjustments to the image without them affecting the areas outside the mask.
Uncheck Show Overlay to see your adjustments without the red overlay.

You can save a collection of edits using versioning. When you’re finished adjusting the photo, select Versions from the bottom of the Edit panel. Then choose Create Version and give it a name.
