Data Processing Agreement.
Our Data Processing Agreement (DPA) describes how Adobe processes and protects personal data, that is subject to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other laws, uploaded to or used in our products and services by our customers.
Our privacy, security, compliance, and infrastructure teams have worked with our external advisors to create the DPA to make sure that it’s current, comprehensive and represents our business practices.

This option is only available for Adobe business customers.
SCC Amendment
This SCC Amendment for Adobe’s business customers replaces the previous EU Standard Contractual Clauses (2010/87/EU) agreed in an existing DPA between Adobe or Marketo and its Customers with the current Processor to Processor EU Standard Contractual Clauses ((EU) 2021/914, module 3) and U.K. Standard Contractual Clauses (adopted from time to time by the UK Information Commissioners Office in accordance with Article 46(2) of the U.K. GDPR).
If you have entered into a DPA as stated above, you can use this SCC Amendment to replace the old EU Standard Contractual Clauses with the current EU Standard Contractual Clauses and UK Standard Contractual Clauses.
If you have entered into a DPA with any other Adobe entity (e.g., Workfront Inc. or X.commerc Inc.), which includes the previous E.U. Standard Contractual Clauses (2010/87/EU), the SCC Amendment cannot be used. Please generate a new DPA instead.
Generate an SCC Amendment.
This option is only available for Adobe business customers who have an existing DPA in place with Adobe Systems Software Ireland Limited or Marketo EMEA Limited and which require the EU Standard Contractual Clauses to be updated. Customer acknowledges that without having an DPA in place with Adobe Systems Software Ireland Limited and/or Marketo EMEA Limited, the SCC Amendment will be invalid.
