When you install Adobe Creative Suite 2, After Effects 7.0, Photoshop CS2, InDesign CS2, or InCopy CS2 on an Intel-based Macintosh with QuickTime 7.1, your computer freezes.

2. Release the Shift key when the Apple logo appears. When the Macintosh is in Safe Boot mode, the words Safe Boot appear on the logo.

3. From the Apple menu select Software Updates.

5. Restart your computer in normal mode.
