Subscription Terms

Creative Cloud for individual

Month-to-Month

The service begins when we confirm your initial payment. We will charge you the fee stated at the time of purchase monthly until you cancel. Once the fee has been charged at the start of each month, that charge is final and no refund is available. The fee is subject to change—but we’ll always notify you beforehand. You can cancel anytime by visiting your Manage Account page or contacting Customer Support. Canceling your membership stops the charge at the start of your next billing term—but your service will continue through the end of your current term.

12-Month

Payment
Each month during your one year term, we'll bill your credit card the fee stated at the time of purchase plus applicable tax. As soon as you've successfully completed this sign-up process and your payment is confirmed, your membership will begin.

Renewal
The price is valid for a full 12 months. After that, we'll renew your contract automatically unless you cancel. The price is subject to change, but we will always notify you beforehand.

Cancellation
We'd hate to see you go, but if you cancel within the first 30 days, we'll give you a full refund. Otherwise, you'll be billed 50% of your remaining contract obligation. If you ever need to cancel, just contacting Customer Support.

Prepaid

Payment
You will be charged the fees stated at the time of purchase. As soon as we have received full payment, your paid membership will begin.

Renewal
The price is valid for a full 12 months. After that, we'll renew your contract automatically unless you cancel. The price is subject to change, but we will always notify you beforehand.

Cancellation

Creative Cloud for team (for customers who purchase directly through Adobe.com)

Eligibility
Creative Cloud for teams plan is available only to customers who are over the age of 13 at the time of purchase. The introductory price stated at the time of purchase is only applicable if you have previously purchased CS3 or above and if you have not claimed the introductory offer previously. The education price is only applicable if you are (a) a faculty or staff employed by an accredited primary or secondary school, public or private university or college, school district, or board of education (including emeritus status professors), (b) a teacher of a homeschooled student, as defined by state homeschooling regulations, or (c) an institution as stated in http://www.adobe.com/uk/education/institution-eligibility-guide.edu.html. Proof of eligibility may be required

Payment
Each month during your one year term, we will bill your credit card the price stated at the time of purchase (plus applicable tax).  As soon as you've successfully completed this sign-up process and your payment is confirmed, your team membership will begin and you will be able to invite members to your team. You can purchase additional licenses for your team during the one-year term for the fee dependent on your date of purchase. These additional licenses will co-terminate at the end of your one-year term.

If you are eligible for the introductory price for a Creative Cloud for teams plan, then you may purchase additional licenses at such introductory price (plus applicable tax)if you purchase by the promotional period. Otherwise, regular price will apply.

Renewal
The price is valid for a full 12 months. After that, we'll renew your contract automatically for the number of licenses associated with your team before your one-year term expires unless you cancel or modify. The price is subject to change, but we will always notify you beforehand.

Cancellation
We'd hate to see you go, but if you cancel or remove licenses from your team within the first 30 days starting from your contract date, we'll give you a full refund. Otherwise, you'll be billed 50% of your remaining contract obligation for the cancellation or removal of licenses. If you ever need to cancel, just contacting Customer Support.

Creative Cloud for team (for customers who prepay and purchase directly through Adobe.com)

Eligibility

You can purchase additional licenses for your team during the one-year term for a prorated price based on the time remaining in the term. These additional licenses will co-terminate at the end of your one-year term.

If you are eligible for the introductory price for a Creative Cloud for teams plan, then you may purchase additional licenses at such introductory price (plus applicable tax) if you purchase by the promotional period. Otherwise, the regular price will apply.

Renewal
The price is valid for a full 12 months. After that, we'll renew your contract automatically for the number of licenses associated with your team before your one-year term expires unless you cancel or modify. The price is subject to change, but we will always notify you beforehand.

Cancellation
We'd hate to see you go, but if you cancel by calling Customer Support within the first 30 days, we'll refund the value of the service days remaining on your subscription term. Otherwise, we will refund you half of the value of the service days remaining on your subscription term. If a discount applies to your prepaid subscription and you cancel after the first 30days, you will not receive a credit or refund.

Adobe Desktop Subscription

Month-to-Month

You can cancel anytime by visiting your Manage Account page or contacting Customer Support. Canceling your membership stops the charge at the start of your next billing term—but your service will continue through the end of your current term.

12-Month

Your 12-month plan is billed each month for the duration of your 1-year commitment. Your credit card will be charged the fees stated at the time of purchase plus applicable taxes each month. Your plan will start as soon as your credit card is successfully charged and will renew automatically each year until you cancel your plan. Price may change at the end of your subscription period.  You may cancel your plan at any time by accessing your Account information on the Creative Cloud site or by contacting your regional Adobe customer service center.  Plans cancelled within the first 30 days after purchase will be refunded in full.  12-month plans cancelled after the 30-day period will be charged 50% of the remaining plan fee.

Acrobat.com / Digital Publishing Suite / Adobe Story / FormsCentral / Acrobat Pro and Standard subscriptions

Annual Commitment with Monthly Payment

Your annual subscription is billed each month for the duration of your 1-year commitment. Your credit card will be charged the fees stated at the time of purchase plus applicable taxes each month.  You will receive a receipt via email when your card has been charged. Your subscription will start as soon as your credit card is successfully charged and will renew automatically each year until you cancel your subscription.  Price may change at the end of your subscription period.  You may cancel your subscription at any time via the subscription manager on Adobe.com or by contacting Adobe customer service for your region. Subscription cancelled within the first 30 days after purchase will be refunded.

If you cancel your subscription after the 30-day period, then you will no longer qualify for yearly subscription pricing and you will be charged the difference between the monthly and yearly commitment pricing for the number of months your subscription was active . 

Annual Commitment with Annual Payment

Your credit card will be charged the fees stated at the time of purchase.  Your subscription will start as soon as your credit card is successfully charged and will renew automatically until you cancel your subscription.  Price may change at the end of your subscription period.  You may cancel your subscription at any time via the subscription manager on Adobe.com or by contacting Adobe customer service for your region.  Subscription cancelled within the first 30 days after purchase will be refunded.

If you cancel your subscription before the end of the one-year commitment period, we will refund a pro-rata portion of your purchase price of your most recent subscription.

Prepaid
