1

Bring it to life.

Drag across the leaves with the Selection tool and choose Object > Group. Then select all parts of the plant character and choose Effect > 3D and Materials > Inflate.

Pro tip: Grouped objects in a 3D graphic cast shadows and bounce light off each other for realistic effects.

2

Illuminate your brand.

Click the Render with Ray Tracing button on the Lighting tab to simulate realistic lighting. Adjust it with the sliders.

Pro tip: Ray tracing produces a more polished, realistic 3D effect.

3

Add dimension.

With the Selection tool, drag across the pot to select it. Switch to the Object tab and click Revolve. Adjust the settings to rotate the object the way you want.

4

Change the size.

Use the Direct Selection tool to select anchor points on one side of the pot. Drag one of the anchor points to resize it.
