1. Access. Adobe Perks is a platform (“Platform”) providing offers and discounts supplied by third-party providers (“Partners”) to Adobe customers who have an active paid subscription on any Adobe Creative Cloud and/or Document Cloud offering. You must have a UK-based subscription in order to make use of the Platform. Your right to use and access the Platform and the Partner services contained therein ceases immediately upon the termination, suspension, or expiration of your paid Adobe Creative Cloud and/or Document Cloud subscription until you renew your subscription, purchase a new subscription or, in the event of suspension, until Adobe resumes your subscription.
   
   
2. Account. You must be registered for an individual Adobe ID in order to make use of the Platform and the offers contained therein. For the avoidance of doubt, if you have an individual Adobe ID but do not have a paying subscription, you will not be able to redeem or make use of any offers or discounts until a paying plan is purchased.
   
   
3. Terms of Use. The access and use of the Platform is governed by the applicable Adobe terms of use (“TOU”) available at https://www.adobe.com/uk/legal/terms.html. The terms of the applicable TOUs are hereby incorporated by reference (including without limitations terms related to governing law and venue). In the event of inconsistency between the terms of this Agreement and the terms of the TOU, the terms of this Agreement shall control.
   
   
4. Duration of services. Partners’ offers and discounts are linked within the platform and may be valid for different lengths of time depending on the Partner’s service. Partner’s offers and discounts available on the Platform may be withdrawn at any time and without notice by the relevant Partner or Adobe. Adobe may update the Platform at any time and without notice to reflect the current Partner offers and discounts available.
   
   
5. Responsibility. Adobe does not endorse, have control over, or accept any responsibility for the contents of Partners’ links and websites or Partner’s products and services. Your use of Partners’ offers and discounts is subject to the Partners’ terms and conditions applicable to the relevant offers and discounts . For the avoidance of doubt, Adobe does not act as an agent, distributor or reseller of Partner. Adobe will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred as a result of any interaction between you and a Partner accessible through the Platform. All matters, including but not limited to delivery of goods and services, pricing, returns, and warranties are solely and strictly between you and the applicable Partner.
   
   
6. Offer Codes and Discounts. All offers listed on the Platform, whether through codes, directly from a link or otherwise, are provided in good faith from Adobe or the Partner. These codes are provided to Adobe by Partner solely for their use on the Platform and should not be posted elsewhere. Sharing offers and codes outside of the Platform is strictly prohibited and may lead to the closure of an account. Whilst we endeavour to ensure all links and discounts work as expected, from time to time codes, discounts and links may not work. Adobe makes no guarantee that the Partner ‘s offers and discounts available on the Platform will work and if the Partner offer does not work as expected, Adobe will not be liable to honour any previously advertised Partner offer.
   
   
7. Contact. If you are experiencing any problems redeeming Partners’ offers, please contact the relevant Partner directly. Partner’s contact information will be available on the Platform. Adobe does not accept any responsibility for issues redeeming Partners’ discounts and offers.
   
   
8. Updates to Terms. We may make changes to these Terms from time to time, and if we do, we will notify you by revising the date at the top of the Terms and, in some cases, we may provide you with additional notice. Any such changes will not apply to any dispute between you and Adobe arising prior to the date on which we posted the revised Terms incorporating such changes, or when the Terms otherwise become effective. You should look at the Terms regularly. Unless otherwise noted, the amended Terms will be effective immediately, and your continued use of our Platform confirm your acceptance of the changes If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform.
