History
Monotype Corporation's Dorchester Script, released in 1939, was widely accepted by high society for calling cards, announcements, and invitations. Dorchester Script is nearly upright with lowercase letters that have loops and generous ascenders and descenders, the capitals have delicate, curly flourishes. Besides the usual job work, such as letterhead and business cards, Dorchester Script can be used sparingly for serious display work.
Menu Names And Style Linking
The fonts in this family have no style links: none are a bold or italic variant of another.
You should note that selecting a style option such as bold or italic with any of these faces will either have no effect, or result in programmatic bolding or slanting of the base font, which will usually produce inferior screen and print results.
For all fonts of family Dorchester Script MT Std: version 2.035 created on Thu Aug 16 14:05:56 2007.
version 2.035 created 2007/08/16
version 1.047 created 2003/05/15
