EU Monthly Active Users (MAUs)

The Digital Services Act (DSA) requires “online platforms” to publish information on their average monthly active recipients in the European Union (EU). "Online platforms” that have at least 45 million monthly active recipients are designated by the European Commission as “very large online platforms” (VLOPs) and are subject to additional DSA obligations.

Under the DSA, Adobe may have some services that qualify as “online platforms.” Adobe has calculated the average number of EU monthly active recipients for these services over the past six months, and none of them have numbers that exceed 45 million.
