Month-to-month
Service begins as soon as your initial payment is processed. You’ll be charged the rate stated at the time of purchase, every month, until you cancel. Because there’s no annual contract, your rate is subject to change, but we’ll always notify you beforehand. If you cancel within 14 days of your order, you’ll be fully refunded. Should you cancel after 14 days, your payment is non-refundable and your service will continue until the end of that month’s billing period. Payments for business services such as Behance ProSite or Adobe Talent are non-refundable. Cancellations can be made any time by visiting your Manage Account page or by contacting {Adobe customer service} in your region.

Acrobat products and Document Cloud

Annual contract, paid monthly
Service begins as soon as your initial payment is processed. You’ll be charged the rate stated at the time of purchase, plus applicable taxes (such as value added tax when the stated rate doesn’t include VAT), every month for the duration of your annual contract. If the applicable VAT rate (or other included tax or duty) changes during your one-year term, the tax-inclusive price will adjust accordingly. Your contract will renew automatically, on your annual renewal date, until you cancel. Renewal rates are subject to change, but we’ll always notify you beforehand. If you cancel within 14 days of your order, you’ll be fully refunded. Should you cancel after 14 days, you’ll be charged 50% of your remaining contract obligation and your service will continue until the end of that month’s billing period. Annual contract, paid monthly
Once your order is processed, service begins immediately and you (or the acting Admin) can invite team members and delegate access. You’ll be charged the sum stated at the time of purchase, plus applicable taxes (such as value added tax when the stated rate doesn’t include VAT), every month for the duration of your annual contract. This sum is based on your initial mix of products and licenses, priced at the rates stated at the time of purchase. If the applicable VAT rate (or other included tax or duty) changes during your one-year term, the tax-inclusive price will adjust accordingly.

Team Admins can purchase additional licenses at any time. Added licenses are priced at the rates available at the time of purchase. All team licenses will co-terminate and renew automatically, on your annual contract renewal date, until you cancel. Renewal rates are subject to change, but we’ll always notify you beforehand. If you cancel within 14 days of your order, you’ll be fully refunded. Should you cancel after 14 days, you’ll be charged 50% of your remaining contract obligation and your service will continue until the end of that month’s billing period. Once your order is processed, service begins immediately and you (or the acting Admin) can invite team members and delegate access. Full payment of your annual invoice is required within 30 days of the invoice date. Overdue invoices may incur monthly interest fees totaling the lesser amount of 1% per month or the maximum rate permitted by applicable law. Interest fees will continue to amass until your invoice (including applicable interest) is paid in full. You’re responsible for reimbursing our reasonable collection costs, including attorney fees.

Team Admins can purchase additional licenses at any time, but your order may be subject to credit approval. Added licenses are priced at the rates available at the time of purchase and prorated based on the days remaining in your annual contract. Full payment for additional licenses is required within 30 days of the associated invoice date. All team licenses will co-terminate and renew automatically, on your annual contract renewal date, until you cancel. Renewal may be subject to credit approval. Renewal rates are subject to change, but we’ll always notify you beforehand. If you cancel within 14 days of your order, you’ll be fully refunded. Should you cancel after 14 days, your payment is non-refundable and your service will continue until the end of your contracted term.
