ABOUT THE SESSION

Digital tools have opened up the creative world to a range of people who would have never called themselves artists. Join Will MacNeil, CG design director at the Mill, as he takes a look at how he turned his frustration with analog media like pencils and brushes into a career making 3D art. He’ll talk about creating a symbiosis between his paid and experimental work and how he strives to create work that inspires confidence and a sense of belonging. Will’s projects include data-driven and generative art pieces as well as tools to help other artists with their 3D designs.
