Chairman, President, CEO
Shantanu Narayen is chairman, president, and chief executive officer of Adobe, one of the largest and most diversified software companies in the world.
Adobe’s mission is to change the world through digital experiences, serving a large customer base from students to business communicators to the world’s largest enterprises. As CEO, Shantanu has transformed the company into an industry innovator by pioneering a cloud-based subscription model for its creative suite, establishing the global standard for digital documents, and creating and leading the explosive digital experience category. Today, he’s driving the company’s strategy to unleash creativity for all, accelerate document productivity, and power digital business.
Under Shantanu’s leadership, Adobe has achieved record revenue and industry recognition for its inclusive, innovative, and exceptional workplace, including being continuously named a Great Place to Work and a Most Admired Company by Fortune.
Shantanu joined Adobe in 1998 as vice president and general manager of its engineering technology group. He became president and COO in 2005, CEO in 2007, and chairman of the board in 2017.
Shantanu is vice chairman of the US-India Strategic Partnership Forum and sits on the board of Pfizer. He previously served as a director of Dell and is a past member of the U.S. President’s Management Advisory Board.
Shantanu has been recognized by several publications as one of the world’s leading executives, including Barron’s World’s Best CEOs and Fortune Businessperson of the Year lists, and named a Top CEO by Glassdoor based on employee feedback. He is a recipient of India’s civilian honor Padma Shri and the Economic Times Global Indian of the Year award.
Before joining Adobe, Shantanu held product development roles at Apple and Silicon Graphics before cofounding an early photo-sharing startup, Pictra.
Chief Product Officer and EVP, Creative Cloud
Scott Belsky’s primary focus is making Creative Cloud a creativity platform for all. As chief product officer and executive vice president, Creative Cloud, Scott leads product management and engineering for Creative Cloud products and services, Adobe Spark, and Behance, Adobe’s community of 10 million creatives. Scott also oversees Adobe’s Design team, which is responsible for experience design across all Adobe products.
Prior to joining Adobe in December 2017, Scott was a venture investor at Benchmark in San Francisco. This is Scott’s second tenure at Adobe. He originally joined the company after it acquired Behance in 2012. At that time, he led Adobe’s mobile strategy for Creative Cloud. Scott co-founded Behance in 2006 and served as its CEO for six years.
Scott has been an advisor on design and product management for leading companies and organizations, including Adidas, Pentagram, Pinterest, Proctor & Gamble, Facebook, and the United States Government. In 2010, Fast Company included Scott on its list of “100 Most Creative People in Business.”
If Scott were not at Adobe, he would be a full-time writer.
Tomonobu Kamiya is the President of Adobe Japan responsible for all three of Adobe's cloud business segments since April 2021, comprised of Adobe Experience Cloud, Creative Cloud, and Document Cloud.
Prior to his appointment as President, Kamiya was responsible for Adobe's entire digital media business, including product and sales strategy in Japan. Since joining the company in October 2014, he has led Adobe's digital transformation from a desktop-based service to the company's current cloud-based subscription model.
Prior to joining Adobe Japan, Kamiya served as Managing Director of the Asia Pacific and Middle East regions at D&M Holdings Inc. (now Sound United) from 2012 to 2014, where he drove revenue and EBITDA growth through sales, marketing, and culture transformation. Prior to that, Kamiya held a number of key marketing and sales positions at AMD Japan and Dell Japan (now Dell Technologies, Inc.), to expand their business in Japan.
Kamiya graduated from Aoyama Gakuin University with a Bachelor of Arts in Private International Law, and went on to complete the Executive Program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

Takashi Iwamoto is the Marketing Manager for the Creative Cloud Segment Marketing Department. He joined Adobe in 2004 and is in charge of design tools including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. He takes a wholistic approach to marketing the latest products within the design and printing sectors. Takashi is in charge of a broad range of products, focusing on newly integrated services and tools for Adobe Fonts, Adobe Fresco, Creative Cloud, and mobile apps.
After graduating from the school of science and engineering at Waseda University in 1999, Keisuke Todoroki began work with a major printing firm. There, he was primarily involved in web app development in the EC field using J2EE, but entered the world of rich clients after a life-changing encounter with Adobe Flex.
Having joined Adobe in April 2008, he is in charge of marketing for all web production tools. Keisuke also takes care of direction for Adobe MAX Japan and Creative Cloud Dojo. Whether it's home appliances or cars, he can't tolerate anything with poor design.

After working in marketing for image-related products at a camera manufacturer, Reiko Tanaka joined Adobe in May 2018. She works in marketing for photo products including Photoshop as well as video products such as Premiere Pro.
Creative Cloud エバンジェリスト
Born and raised in Koza, Okinawa. After graduation from Faculty of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Sophia University, Tsuyoshi started his career as a professional video system engineer. After that, he worked as a product manager in the companies of IT hard and software industries such as Apple Disability Center, UMAX, and Microsoft MacBU. He joined Adobe as the Creative Cloud Evangelist on June 2012. Ever since, he is evangelizing all the technology aspect of Creative Cloud from the latest products to the services provided through CC platform. His motto in work is "truly believe, hope, and execute what IT can do to change the world." He hosts the weekly streaming channel, Creative Cloud Dojo, #CCDojo, at 8PM every Thursday in Japan.

After having worked for some Japanese electronics manufacturers as an overseas sales representative, I worked for a commercial production company where I was responsible for stock content partner and distribution channel management for overseas business expansion. I joined Adobe back in 2016, engaged myself in marketing activities to promote Adobe Stock in Japan. Now I am in charge of content sourcing for Adobe Stock for Japan, Korea and other Asian markets.
3D アーティスト ＆ ソリューションコンサルタント (3D Artist & Solution Consultant)
After graduating from Waseda University, Naoto Fukui joined a CG production company where he worked on visual effects for TV programs and movies. Subsequent to that, he worked in CG and AR/VR production as a freelancer before joining Adobe in July of this year. He mainly uses Houdini, Substance 3D, and After Effects. As a hobby, he has also created and released an augmented reality app.
