President, Digital Media
David Wadhwani is responsible for the success of Adobe’s global Digital Media business across Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe Document Cloud, including all product management, product marketing, engineering, strategic partnerships, customer support and to go-to-market across geographies. This includes iconic software brands such as Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, InDesign and Acrobat.
David was most recently a Venture Partner at Greylock Partners. Prior to joining Greylock, he was president and CEO of AppDynamics, leading the company as it transformed to a SaaS-first business and became one of the fastest-growing enterprise software companies at the time.
This is David’s second tour of duty at Adobe. He joined Adobe in 2005 through the company’s acquisition of Macromedia, Inc., where he had been vice president of developer products. As senior vice president and general manager of Adobe’s Digital Media business, David played an instrumental role in advancing the company’s category leadership, expanding into new markets and contributing to its successful transformation to a cloud-based subscription business.
David holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Brown University and serves on the Brown computer science department advisory board. He is also on the digital advisory board of The Metropolitan Museum of Art and on the board of trustees for StoryCorps and the Fine Arts Museums of San Francisco.
Chief Strategy Officer and EVP, Design & Emerging Products
Scott Belsky leads corporate strategy and development, is responsible for design across the Digital Media and Digital Experience businesses, and is driving incubation of some of Adobe’s fastest growing emerging products. As Chief Strategy Officer, Scott plants flags for future opportunities in all of Adobe’s markets and leads investments, engagements, and acquisitions in the startup ecosystem. Scott is Adobe’s design leader, working to continuously uplevel design of all Adobe products. And he leads development of key emerging products: 3D & Immersive products, Adobe Stock & Marketplace, and Behance.
Prior to this role, Scott was Adobe’s Chief Product Officer for five years, leading development of all Creative Cloud products. Under his leadership, the company launched Adobe Express, brought flagship products like Photoshop and Illustrator to web and mobile platforms, incubated our 3D & Immersive products, and created the Content Authenticity Initiative, which fosters attribution for creators and enables transparency in digital content.
Prior to joining Adobe in December 2017, Scott was a venture investor at Benchmark in San Francisco. This is Scott’s second tenure at Adobe. He originally joined the company after it acquired Behance in 2012. At that time, he also led Adobe’s mobile and services strategy for Creative Cloud. Scott co-founded Behance in 2006 and served as its CEO for six years. Over the years, Scott has pursued other projects in the creative and investor communities. Those projects include 99U, Behance’s creative think tank and conference, and his two best-selling books, “The Messy Middle” and “Making Ideas Happen.”
Scott has been an advisor on design and product management for leading companies and institutions, including Pinterest, Uber, sweetgreen, Carta, Cheddar, Flexport, Airtable, OpenSea, Ramp, Ro, and Periscope.
Scott holds a bachelor’s degree from Cornell University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He serves on the advisory board of Cornell University’s Entrepreneurship Program; and the board of trustees for the Smithsonian Cooper Hewitt National Design Museum.
SVP & GM, Creative Product Group
As Senior Vice President and General Manager, Creative Product Group for Adobe, Ashley Still leads product, engineering, business and go-to-market teams across Creative Cloud, as well as B2B and partnerships across Adobe’s Digital Media Organization.
In her role, Ashley oversees all aspects of the company’s flagship creative applications, including Photoshop, Premier Pro, Illustrator and Lightroom. Her team is also responsible for Adobe’s strategic partnership work with technology companies globally, including Apple, Microsoft and Google; and driving Creative Cloud’s fast-growing mobile app business, and for the marketing campaigns that makes Adobe the market-leader in creative technologies.
Previously Ashley served as Adobe’s Senior Vice President, Digital Media Marketing, Strategy & Global Partnerships, and before to that Vice President and General Manager, Adobe Creative Cloud for Enterprise. During her tenure with Creative Cloud’s enterprise business, Ashley’s team delivered an integrated content creation, collaboration and publishing solution that securely enables brands to create exceptional design and content.
Prior to that, Ashley was Senior Director of Product & Marketing for Adobe Primetime, an Internet television platform used by Comcast, Turner, NBC Sports and other global media companies to deliver TV content and dynamic advertising to any Internet device. Under Ashley’s leadership, Adobe Primetime won an Emmy Award for the Adobe Pass TV-Everywhere service.
Ashley joined Adobe in 2004 following her internship with the company and held several product management positions for Adobe Photoshop.
Still earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Yale University and her master’s degree from Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Anna McNaught is an award-winning artist, photographer, designer, and world traveler and has now joined Adobe as a Sr. Design Evangelist. Anna creates vibrant, glowing dreamscapes inspired by surrealism, dreams, and nature by composting photography, AI, and 3D in Photoshop. Driven by the idea that art CAN make a difference in the world, Anna has used the strength of her online presence to inspire others and teach fellow artists to create their own masterpieces using Photoshop. And in this pursuit, her hard work and imagination have garnered recognition from renowned clients like Adobe, NASA, Crocs, Audi, Marriott, Getty Images, and hotels worldwide. She's been published by Forbes, Thrive Global, Bored Panda, and more and has become a thought-provoking female leader in the digital world. When she's not creating digital art, she pursues a life of creative freedom and exploration, traveling and embracing uncertainty from the road.
Sr. Staff Designer
Kelly Hurlburt is one of the primary designers on the Adobe Firefly team. She’s committed to developing generative AI that respect artists’ work while evolving craft in transformative and empowering ways. In her 6 years at Adobe, she’s worked on a range of cross-app projects focused on file sharing and team collaboration.Outside of work, Kelly pursues a wide range of creative endeavors including photography, illustration, quilting, and sewing. She is well on her way to becoming a crazy craft lady and credits KidPix with jump-starting her art career.
Sr. Design Manager
Danielle Morimoto leads the design team responsible for Adobe Firefly and Generative AI on the Machine Intelligence and New Technologies team at Adobe. She helps define the most compelling experiences and emerging technologies by uncovering untapped potential, ultimately identifying how people could be using Adobe in the future. She’s an avid road cyclist, NBA Golden State Warriors fan and lover of ice cream.

Shantanu Narayen is chairman and chief executive officer of Adobe, one of the largest and most diversified software companies in the world.

Shantanu holds five patents. He has a bachelor’s degree in electronics engineering from Osmania University, a master’s degree in computer science from Bowling Green State University and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of California at Berkeley’s Haas School of Business. Shantanu once represented India in sailing at an Asian regatta.
Sr. Quality Engineer and Animation Explorer
Dacia Saenz cut her teeth in Austin, TX working in television and film productions for CNBC, PBS, and the Sundance Foundation. When not in production, she put her wordsmith skills to work and was published (under pen name) in “The Kicked Out Anthology,” chosen as one of the top books of 2011 by the LGBTQ Roundtable of the American Library Association.
During her stint in Seattle, she earned her Masters of Communication in Digital Media from the University of Washington, debuted two short films at the 2012 and 2013 Seattle International Film Festivals, and was honored to receive the Audience Choice Award at the Next Fifty film festival. Before joining Adobe in 2015, Dacia co-produced social justice centered multi-media campaigns in Thailand and El Salvador for the Seattle Globalist and the UW’s Center for Human Rights.

Katrina Torrijos is a digital creator based in San Jose, CA. As the Adobe Express Evangelist, Katrina streams regular Adobe Express classes on Adobe Live and hosts in-person and virtual workshops teaching people all over the world how to use Adobe Express to create graphics and videos for their brand, business, or personal projects. Outside of Adobe, Katrina shares her own journey as a content creator as well as tips and advice on how to get started in content creation on her YouTube channel and Instagram.

Meet Paul Trani, Principal Worldwide Evangelist for Adobe, with a true passion for empowering graphic designers and visual artists to unleash their creativity and embrace cutting-edge technology to craft awe-inspiring content. Over the past 25 years, Paul has honed his skills as an award-winning visual designer, a dedicated instructor, and an engaging public speaker. When he’s not traveling Paul enjoys designing and producing instructional content for Adobe, LinkedIn Learning and for his own social channels where he loves connecting with fellow creators.
