How to create an AI generated character.

To get started using the AI character generator, log in to Adobe Firefly with your Adobe account or sign up for an Adobe account. Navigate to the Generate tab and select Generate Image or Generate Video to start creating your AI character.

Type in your character design description. Your prompt should be as specific as possible to describe your character's hair, outfits, facial features and more. If you are making a video, include motion direction such as style, angle, effects, environment and any other elements to generate what matches your vision. You can also upload an image you want Adobe Firefly to animate and use a text prompt to direct how the still image should move, transform or come to life.

Adjust your prompt or try different movements to achieve the desired look or use the Colour and Tone, Lighting and Composition menus to add more direction. Enhance the image by adjusting its colour levels and adding filters, animation effects, graphics and more.

When you’re satisfied with your prompt, click Generate. The AI generated character results will appear shortly. Adjust your prompt until you are happy with your results or use the Enhance Prompt tool in Adobe Firefly for further prompting ideas.

Save and download your AI character. Include it in your other projects and share them online straight from Adobe Firefly.
