Design beautiful thank-you slides with Adobe Express.
You now know all about the theory – time to move on to the practical part. With Adobe Express, you can easily create a thank-you slide that leaves a lasting impression. Here’s how to do it:
1. Start with a professionally designed presentation template.
To create a thank-you slide, start by selecting a presentation template. Your thank-you slide should seamlessly integrate into your whole deck – so it’s best to use the same template for the whole presentation.
2. Add your logo.
Now, it’s time to add your logo to the thank-you slide.
Tip: Make sure it’s subtle enough to keep in the background so the message is in focus: place it in a corner or make it transparent and add it to the background of the slide.
3. Add a thank-you message.
Edit the text field with a simple thank-you message. Keep it short: “Thank you,” “Thanks for your time,” or “Let’s stay in touch” are all solid options.
Tip: Use a clean font that’s easy to read, even from a distance. Avoid decorative fonts that reduce readability.
Include your name(s), title(s), and preferred contact method (email, LinkedIn, or website). This enables participants to easily get in touch with you.
5. Add further links.
If you have any other relevant links to add, place them on the slide. This could be a product demo, a video, or a SharePoint site with downloadable materials.
6. Customise the design.
Adjust colours, fonts, and background to match your branding. Move and place the different elements. You could include a subtle graphic, illustration, or image. Additionally, consider adding a QR code.
Tip: Stick to 2–3 complementary colours. Avoid too much contrast unless you want to draw attention to something specific.
7. Download the thank-you slide.
When you are happy with your thank-you slide, export it as a PNG or PDF to insert into your deck. In case you’ve created the whole presentation with the Adobe Express presentation maker, you can just download the whole deck.
Tip: Test your slides on different screen sizes to make sure text and visuals appear crisp and readable.
