Q: Can I set up more than one brand?

You can set up multiple brands or looks in Adobe Express for any type of project, theme, or occasion. Note that we currently offer full brand setup on our web platform only. Once set up, you can access your branded assets while creating on any of your devices. Easily switch from one brand to another while creating in the editor.

Q: How does Adobe Express work with other Adobe Creative Cloud products?

Adobe Express is designed to complement our Creative Cloud applications such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. With Adobe Express for teams, assets created in Photoshop and Illustrator by designers in your organization can now be shared with your team and stay synced across apps.

Q: Can customers make commercial use of the images generated with AI tools powered by Firefly?

In general, you may use outputs from generative AI features commercially. However, if Adobe designates in the product or elsewhere that a beta version of a generative AI feature cannot be used commercially, then the generated outputs from that beta feature are for personal use only and cannot be used commercially. Learn more.

Q: Can businesses train their own Firefly models in Adobe Express?

Yes. You can generate content just for your brand with custom models, trained on your branded assets, to create extraordinary campaigns with images and backgrounds that match your style. Available only for all Enterprise plan users.

Frequently asked questions

Questions? We have answers.

What do I get with a business plan that I don’t get with an individual subscription?

Adobe offers three Adobe Express plan options for businesses: Adobe Express for teams, Adobe Express for enterprise, and Adobe Express & Adobe Firefly for enterprise.

By choosing a business plan, you can seamlessly add users as your organization grows so everyone can scale on-brand content creation.

In addition to all the in-app Adobe Express premium features, your business will get organization-level benefits. These include an Admin Console for easy license management, 1TB of cloud storage per user, advanced 24/7 tech support, and company control of Adobe Express projects and assets.

What are the differences between the Adobe Express business plans?

Adobe Express for teams is designed for small and midsize organizations. Learn more about our pricing and get your teams started with Adobe Express today.

Adobe Express for enterprise is designed for large organizations that need enterprise-level control and management. We also have an Adobe Express & Firefly for enterprise plan that provides site-wide access to Adobe Express and indemnification for select workflows powered by Firefly.

To learn more about our plans, contact our Sales team to discuss your business needs.

I want my organization to start using Adobe Express. How do I get it for my business?

I would like to try Adobe Express for free before making a purchase. What are my options?

Interested customers can start with the Adobe Express Free Plan. However, users will be required to upgrade to a premium version of Adobe Express if they want to access premium editing features such as remove background, bulk resize, and more.

For growing teams and businesses, we recommend purchasing one of our business plans so your organization can enjoy organization-level benefits such as company control of Adobe Express projects and simplified license management so everyone can create content quickly and safely.

Can customers currently use the images generated from Adobe Firefly in Adobe Express commercially?

Frequently asked questions

Questions? We have answers.

How is Adobe Express for K-12 Education different from the commercial version of Adobe Express?

While Adobe Express for Education offers the same creative tools found in the commercial version of Adobe Express, it also includes features designed to support student learning and safety, including safe search functionality:

Schools and districts retain control over student accounts and can exercise admin rights over those accounts.
Easier login: Ability to set up single sign-on so students can easily log in with their existing school ID.
Premium creative assets and student-friendly Adobe Stock images are included, along with safe search for image results that are age-appropriate for K-12 students.
There are no paywalls, ads, or marketing popups.

What happened to Adobe Spark?

Spark has been updated to Adobe Express, with even more great features.

What’s the difference between Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe Express?

Adobe Creative Cloud includes 20+ industry leading apps, such as Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator and requires a purchased subscription for access. To purchase Adobe Creative Cloud for your institution at an educational discount, visit this page.

Does my K-12 district need an Adobe Creative Cloud license to use Adobe Express in the classroom?

There are two ways you can access Adobe Express:

Through a free Adobe Express for K–12 Education license that gives you access to Adobe Express Premium at no cost
Through a paid Creative Cloud for Education license that includes Photoshop, Illustrator, and the rest of the Creative Cloud set of tools.

With classroom accounts, individual K-12 educators in the US with Google Workspace for Education can create their own Adobe Express for K-12 Education accounts and invite students. With district accounts, IT administrators can create and deploy Adobe Express accounts to all students district-wide, using either free Adobe Express for Education or paid Adobe Creative Cloud for Education licenses.

Where do I go to learn how to use Adobe Express?

The Adobe Education Exchange has self-paced courses to teach you how to use Adobe Express with your students. There are courses about how to use Adobe Express for writing activities, graphic organizers, digital portfolios, and more. There are also teaching resources with lesson plans that have your students create projects with Adobe Express while learning key content and curriculum.

How does Adobe Express protect safety and privacy in K–12 education?

When using the Adobe Express for K-12 Education and Creative Cloud for Education licenses, students and teachers are given an experience tailored to the security and privacy needs for K-12 education users. In the K-12 Education offers, Adobe Express includes image and video safe search with content filtering. Learn more.
