How to generate images with FLUX AI in Firefly.

Follow these quick steps to create and edit images in Firefly with FLUX AI models.

  • Open Adobe Firefly.
    Select Generate Image to get started.
  • Open the Model dropdown menu.
    In the General Settings panel, click the Model dropdown menu.
  • Select a FLUX model.
    In the Partner Models section, pick the FLUX image generator model you want to use.
  • Enter your prompt.
    Describe the image you want to generate in the prompt field.
  • Generate your image.
    Click Generate to create your image using the FLUX model you selected.
  • Download.
    Download the image to your device.

Yes. FLUX.2 is available in Generate Image in Firefly, and in Firefly Boards. Use FLUX.2 for better prompt adherence, more detail and higher resolution, better understanding of physics, and improved world knowledge. In the Model dropdown menu, simply select FLUX.2.

Is FLUX1.1 available to Firefly users?

Yes. FLUX1.1 and FLUX.1 Kontext are available in Generate Image and Image to Image in Firefly, and in Firefly Boards. In the Model dropdown menu, simply select FLUX1.1 or FLUX.1 Kontext.

Can I use FLUX1.1 for commercial projects?

Adobe provides access to information on the partner models you can use in Adobe apps, but it is the responsibility of the creator to decide whether partner models are appropriate for their projects, taking into consideration factors such as the focus of the model, how it was trained, and whether or not it is safe for commercial use.
