Frequently asked questions

I’m a student having trouble claiming Adobe Express Premium for free. What should I do?
If you’re a US student and having trouble accessing 6 months of Adobe Express Premium for free, please try creating a new account with your personal email address to log in (not an .edu email). However, if you already have free access to Adobe Express Premium through your school, you should still use your .edu email address, and you’ll automatically see Premium features unlocked when you log in. For additional questions, please contact studentus@adobe.com.
Can I get Adobe Express Premium for free through my school?
You might already have free access to Adobe Express Premium through your school. To check, go to express.adobe.com and log in with your .edu email address. If you're unable to access Adobe Express or still don’t see Premium features unlocked, contact your school’s IT administrator to ask if they offer free access.
What’s the right plan for me if I’m a student?
The Adobe Express Premium plan is great for students who want to make professional-looking content to stand out in school and beyond. For a limited time, students get 6 months free (about a US $60.00 value) — no credit card required. With the Premium plan, you can access millions of templates and assets, share files for group projects, and auto-apply logos to your designs. If you’re not sure yet, try the Adobe Express free plan.
Where can I check out all the templates available?
Explore thousands of professionally designed templates right from the Adobe Express editor. You can browse different options when starting a new project or refine your search by category — from social posts to presentations.
