Use Create guide whenever a repeatable process needs to be documented and shared. Here are a few use cases:

How to generate a step-by-step guide in Adobe Express Photos
- Press PrtScn or Win + Shift + S to launch Adobe Express Photos.
- Select Create guide in the toolbar.
- Click through the workflow you want to document. Each time you click, Adobe Express Photos automatically captures a screenshot.
- When you're finished, select Done to generate your guide.
- When the notification appears, select Create a Microsoft Word guide to open the formatted guide, or Open folder to see the screenshots captured during the workflow.
- Add text and make any final touches, then share or export your completed guide and screenshots.
- To access them later, open the Screenshots folder and look for the corresponding Guide subfolder, labeled with its date and version number (for example, Guide Jan 1 2026 01).
