Last year, we brought revolutionary Firefly generative AI features directly to an all new Express on desktop, opening unparalleled opportunities to work in ways where creativity and productivity are more interconnected and complementary than ever before. Since then, we’ve received a lot of great feedback from users from all walks of life who tell us that whether they’re using Express for work, school or fun – they feel more empowered to easily create visually stunning content and be their most creative selves.
And today, we’re excited to extend the Express capabilities you know and love from desktop to mobile via a dedicated app – available now in beta.
The latest Adobe Express mobile app lets you reimagine how creativity comes to life. Whenever and wherever you are, you can create high-impact designs, engaging videos, images, animations and content for all your favorite channels and platforms. With the new Adobe Express mobile app, you’ll never miss another chance to stand out when it matters, seamlessly working with assets across desktop and mobile.
Adobe Firefly generative AI for the first time in a mobile app
With the Adobe Express mobile app, you can bring to life any idea you can imagine with mind blowing capabilities of Firefly generative AI – available in a mobile app for the first time. With Firefly, designed to be safe for commercial use, you can generate stunning images for your social or marketing campaigns – from anywhere. Simply describe the image you want from scratch or ask Firefly to insert, replace or remove aspects of your image and get high-quality results in seconds. And with Text Effects, Firefly can turn your text and headlines into attention-grabbing visuals that are only limited by your imagination.
Video creation at your fingertips
You’ll always have amazing capabilities at your fingertips with the video editor on Adobe Express. Get thousands of professionally designed templates to suit any style or industry. Whether you’re waiting for your flight at the airport or having a coffee break, take out your phone and you’re ready to edit.
Make standout content for TikTok, YouTube, Instagram Reels or Stories and more on your mobile device. Start with existing content already on your phone—such as images, videos or a static design—and seamlessly transform it into animated content or videos in just a few quick and easy steps. The Express video editor also allows you to edit multiple videos within a single file, making it simple to create Instagram Stories or different variations from a single video.
And with rich video features like auto video captions, remove video background, character animation, video timeline and layer timing, you’ll have everything you need on-the-go to produce attention-grabbing videos that leave a lasting impact on your audiences.

And with Content Scheduler, you can plan, preview, schedule and publish to your favorite social media channels in just a few clicks on your mobile device.
Brand Kits make it easy to upload and share your brand assets and use your fonts, colors, and logos on any design to speed up on-brand content creation
And if you’re a Creative Cloud customer, the Express mobile app is the perfect companion for your pro apps, providing an extended surface to take your most important work with you, wherever you go. You can easily access, edit and work with creative assets from Photoshop and Illustrator directly within Express, including embedding them as linked files that always stay in sync across apps and workflows.
